★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Заказывали визитки, возникла путаница с шаблонами, в итоге в Печать пустили кривой макет. Как оказалось позже, наши менеджеры в утверждении выслали корректный шаблон, ошибся мальчик-менеджер типографии, который во время обсуждения ситуации молча сидел и отрицал ошибку. По качеству- претензий нет, по отношению к клиенту - у ребят все плохо. Есть доля и нашей вины, но желаю вам быть более клиентоориентированными в решении споров. Очень надеюсь, что будет сделан вывод.
They ordered business cards, there was a confusion with the templates, as a result, they put a curve layout into the Print. As it turned out later, our managers sent the correct template in the statement, the printing manager boy, who sat silently during the discussion of the situation and denied the error. In terms of quality, there are no complaints, in relation to the client - the guys are all bad. There is a share of our fault, but I wish you to be more customer-oriented in resolving disputes. I really hope that a conclusion will be made.
