★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto super možnost nechat vytisknout přes email stačí napsat jen jak to chcete. Pro studenty naprosto skvělý, možnost slevy. Bohužel je to velmi vytížená tiskárna takže se tu v určitých hodinách fronty.
Personál je velmi ochotný a rád pomůže.
 Absolutely great option to have it printed via email, just write as much as you want. Absolutely great for students, the possibility of discounts. Unfortunately, it's a very busy printer so there's a queue at certain hours.
The staff is very helpful and happy to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přineseny v pondělí 2 razítka z ordinace na výměnu příjmení lékařky po sňaku. Slíbili, že do pátku bude vše vyrobeno. Nikdo se neozval. Volali jsme v pondělí, kdy nám řekli, že ho teprve budou dělat a zavolají odpoledne. Zase se nikdo neozval. Ve středu nám řekla paní, že to teprve musí najít a razítra udělat. Ve čtvrtek nám zhotovili razítko, ale vůbec nevěděli o tom, že tam leží ještě jedno. Poté jsme v ordinaci zjistili, že nevyměnili jen jméno, ale špatně přepsali i titul. Takže uběhlo skoro 14 dní a razítka stále nemáme!
Brought on Monday 2 stamps from the surgery to change the doctor's surname after marriage. They promised that everything would be made by Friday. No one answered. We called on Monday, when they told us they would do it and call in the afternoon. No one spoke again. On Wednesday, the lady told us that she had yet to find it and do it tomorrow. They made a stamp for us on Thursday, but they didn't know at all that there was one more. Then we found out in the surgery that they not only changed the name, but also mistyped the title. So it's been almost 14 days and we still don't have the stamps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Napnutí obrazu je katastrofa(viz foto) - obraz se vlní, je napnutý na druhé straně rámu, takže se rám z přední strany vryl do plátna, nepoužívají kliniky. Reakce pana majitele byla, že jde o standart, že to každý dělá jinak stejně jako svíčkovou a že ho samozřejmě konkurence pomlouvá, když mi předložila výčet chyb (nechala jsem opravit ve specializovaném obchodě, tedy rozhodně ne u konkurence ?). Když už nevěděl kudy kam, vmetl mi, že jsem stejně neměla účtenku a že jsem jediná, kdo si stěžuje. Naprosto nekorektní a arogantní jednání, nikdy více. Pokud tedy chcete svíčkovou od učňů, správná volba.

When he no longer knew where to go, he told me that I still didn't have a receipt and that I was the only one who complained. Absolutely incorrect and arrogant behavior, never again. So if you want sirloin from apprentices, the right choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musíte mit štěstí na personál. Jedna slečna bez problému vytiskla velkoformatový tisk i 30 minut před zavíračkou a druhá mě odmítla o pár dní dýl obsloužit s tím, že je před zavíračkou. Asi se maji dobře, když klidně obmítaji zakázky.
You have to be lucky with the staff. One young lady printed a large format print without a problem even 30 minutes before the closing time, and the other refused to serve me a few days longer, saying that it was before the closing time. I guess they're fine when I calmly refuse orders.
