Super meeting and choice of floors

An amazing company run by friendly and professional staff and an owner who really enjoys their work. We did a complete reconstruction of the apartment, and I wish all the craftsmen (whom we met during the whole reconstruction of the apartment) were like floorers from Soliter parquet! We took the first meeting in the studio only as a tour of the types of floors (we originally wanted a vinyl floor) and yet Mr. Beneda and Mr. owner patiently and pleasantly took care of us even after closing hours (despite the fact that it was quite obvious, that we are not a big customer :)), while there was definitely no pressure or persuasion. They just listened to us, answered our questions and carried one floor sample after another. I very much appreciate the projection of a floor sample on a large screen, so that one can imagine the decor of the floor in real life in an apartment in a large area. Thanks to this meeting, we came to the conclusion that the best for us will be a wooden lacquered floor, it will withstand a large load and it is a natural, plastic - the original vinyl - we no longer wanted. Laying the floor - I have no words, amazing skillful floorers who even cleaned up after themselves! A thing never seen before with other craftsmen. After half a year, we made a hole in the floor through our own fault when moving - with a drill through and through. All you had to do was write an e-mail and Mr. Beneda called the same day, he came in person the very next day to see what the damage was and gave us a repair date in a few days. The original handy floorers arrived and in a few minutes there was nothing to solve. It is a company which, when it completes the order, stands behind its work and does not throw the customer overboard, but is willing to help and advise even after the order. And finally, a suggestion - wouldn't you like to expand your company to include heating engineers, electricians and plumbers, so that you don't have to bother with other companies during the next time? ;) Thanks again!
