★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorsi servis ever! Mela jsem objednane dvere, ktere jsem zaplatila v plne vysi. Slecna dvere slibila za 4-5 tydnu. Cekala jsem na ne 10 tydnu!! Kdyz jsem si pro ne prijela, nemohli najit kliky. Po hodine cekani nasli 1! Odjela jsem tedy bez klik, ze si je koupim hold jinde. Pri montazi jsme zjistili, ze nam dali uplne jine rozmery nez nami pozadovane, takze ani jedny dvere nam nesedi! Zurim a jsem zvedava na reseni cele situace!
The worst service ever! I had ordered a door, which I paid for in full. The lady promised the door in 4-5 weeks. I waited for them for 10 weeks !! When I came for them, they couldn't find the handles. After an hour of waiting, they found 1! So I left without a click to buy them a tribute elsewhere. During the assembly, we found out that they gave us completely different dimensions than required by us, so not a single door fits us! Zurim and I'm curious to solve the whole situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotný a vstřícný personál, pokud nemáte problém a chcete koupit zboží skladem nemohu říct nic špatného.
My jsme skladovku nebrali a objednali si laminátovou podlahu, která se měla vyrobit v Německu. Zálohu jsme zaplatili a za šest týdnů měla být zhruba dodána. To se nestalo, nikdo nic nenapsal. Po osmi týdnech jsem se ozval s tím, kde to vázne ale nikdo mi nebyl schopen říct kdy přesně dorazí. Chápu, že to se stát může, ale jakmile byl problém tak mě překvapil neprozákaznický přístup. Na moje maily nikdo neodpověděl, na telefonické sliby, že zjistí a ozvou se se taktéž nic nestalo. Byl jsem to já, kdo musel stále volat a zjišťovat. Nakonec jsme vzali skladovku než čekat dalších několik týdnů.

We did not take the warehouse and ordered a laminate floor to be manufactured in Germany. We paid the deposit and should be delivered in about six weeks. It didn't happen, nobody wrote anything. After eight weeks, I got in touch with where it got stuck, but no one was able to tell me exactly when it was coming. I understand that this can happen, but as soon as there was a problem I was surprised by the non-customer approach. Nobody responded to my e-mails, to the phone promises to find out and hear nothing happened. It was I who still had to call and find out. In the end we took the warehouse rather than wait another few weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takýto servis by som si priala v každej predajni. Slečna predavačka nielenže bola veľmi milá a ochotná, ale najmä vedela, čo predáva a pomohla nám s výberom podlahy. Skvelá bola aj možnosť vyskúšať si hlučnosť a odolnosť rôznych materiálov a spôsobov pokládky s pomocou kladivka. Sortiment široký, kvalitný, krásne dekory. Ďakujeme a rozhodne odporúčame.

It was also a great opportunity to test the noise and resistance of various materials and methods of laying with the help of a hammer. Assortment of wide, high-quality, beautiful decors.
