★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not recommending this center because of the very poor service provided by the support staff! They need to change their nurse, she never picks up the phone and doesn't inform patients in case of any changes of the appointment. She also misses from work and nobody covers her for the time she is off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand all the bad reviews, but maybe I've been lucky. I was treated by both Dr. Samec and Dr. Brandejs and they were always patient, caring and professional. I also didn't have a problem with the nurses, they were nice and trying to speak English with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother going there. The receptionist was rude on the phone, started exhailing when I did not know how to answer a question that she asked me. This was after me trying to call them sever time in the past weeks to arrange an appointment.
Very poor service and definitely not a place that I recomment to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for almost two years and have had great experiences with Drs Rybackova and Brandejs, they are caring and professional. There has never been any issue with the nurses who manage the reception, they are friendly and speak in English without any complaint, you can even communicate via email if you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this clinic. Nurses and doctors were very friendly, gentle, helpful and professional. I was able to make an appointment via email and they even spoke English perfectly with me for which I'm very grateful. The doctor (Dr Tomáš) had time for questions and gave lots of helpful information and explanations even without prompting. Very professional service and covered by VZP (just a small 100 CZK charge for materials used for a checkup but really it's nothing). I had to wait about 30 minutes after my appointment time but this is no issue given the excellent care and service, it's normal that if doctors take the time to answer questions and give explanations not every appointment will run on time. I will gladly wait for that. These people go beyond the necessary and I would wholly recommend.
