★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It offers swimming in a lovely setting..swimming pool is reg monitored and cleaned, there is a bar and resturant at this lovely hotel. Customer services is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Station is nice but You should AVOID currency EXCHANGE HERE! Their offering rate is super bad. I had changed some bucks in rate of 1€=16kr, after that, I found the trustful bank rate in 1€=24kr. Of course you needed Czech kr to ride the train, but you should use the atm located in Florence bus terminal instead.(i know there is two currency exchanges, both are bad. Avoid.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is fine except that bastard working at the luggage deposit. He is extremely lazy and rude, not accepting greater amount of euro as payment and shouted at us rudely. If you ever visit Prague and wanted to deposit your luggage, don’t put it here. That bastard should be fired as he is not suited to work with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Random ticket checks are quite common. Make sure to have a ticket and stamp it in the machine if it is a paper one. It covers only 1/3 of the actual running costs of the public transportation in Prague, which is arguably really good, so please do pay for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This metro stop is the sketchiest, eeriest, nastiest stop in all of Prague. The layout is confusing, you never feel safe when there. Try transferring at other stops, Florenc is a place you don't want to find yourself.
