Od pana primáře Ryby v Ústí nad nad Orlici až po pana doktora Trachtu a ostatní kolegy na dětském oddělení chirurgie Motol vše na velmi profesionální úrovni. Sestřičky a opravdu veškerý personál zejména na JIP milé, úžasné profesionálky,které se nezastaví, jsou usměvavé a je vidět,že je to baví a berou to vážně.Mělo by to být pro tolik lidí inspirací.Jen bratr na lůžkovém oddělení mě trochu zklamal,s návaznosti na další zbytečné problémy. Jinak oddělení je nové, krásné, prvotřídní. Co mi po zkušenostech vadilo,že až třetina lidí nerespektuje povinnost mít respirátor.V nemocnicí..Potom občerstvení po 15 h, ten bufet ve "venkovni' hale tragédie na jídlo.A večer jsem se divil,kolik lidí zablokuje nesmyslně vjezd a blokují RZS. I kamion s návěsem si tam zastavil...Ale naprosté většině lékařů a sestřičkám opravdu moc a moc děkuji.

Nemocniční oddělení po celkové a velmi zdařilé rekonstrukci. Pro děti velmi příjemné. Bohužel s často dlouhou čekací dobou nelze nic dělat, někdy na člověk štěstí jindy ne. Moc chválím personál, doktorky, doktory a sestry, vždy milí a ochotní. Jen mě vždy zarazila zamrzí ochota na recepci dětské ambulance, tam by chtělo opravdu se zamyslet. Přijde Vám tam vystresovaný rodič a dostane přednášku, jak a co udělal špatně. Měli byste být na lidi milejší, pomoct a poradit. Za tuhle práci vy si všichni zaměstnanci zasloužili větší finanční ohodnocení.

Para los extranjeros sin residencia. Si no es de extrema urgencia, se debe ir antes al edificio de atrás a registro donde los "foreigners", donde la atención es rápida y en inglés. Después se va a la sala de urgencias. Se señala que si el problema no es prioridad 1 ó 2, se puede esperar hasta 5 horas. Nosotros esperamos 4 horas 45 minutos. La atención médica muy buena y el lugar agradable.

Syn si při lyžování natáhl vaz, v nemocnici v Rakousku vyloučili zlomeninu či natržení vazu, jen natažení - pouze fixovali bandáží s tím, že do 4 dní zatěžovat a vše by mělo být v pořádku. Doporučili ještě kontrolu v české nemocnici. Vypravili jsme se tedy na "celodenní" tour do Motola. Po 5 hodinách na nás přišla řada, pan doktor Čabarta od prvního okamžiku rozladěn - zcela ingnoroval jakékoliv dotazy, napsal nechodící ortézu a berle na 14 dní. Což bylo v úplném rozporu s doporučením z rakouské nemocnice. Ptali jsme se na postupné zatěžování, proč tedy toto řešení apod., ale bohužel pan doktor se rozhodl, že se s námi bavit nebude. Pokud by existovali nějaké anticeny pro dětské lékaře, tak bych pana doktora Čabartu nominovala. Je velmi smutné, když takoví lidé pracují v tomto oboru a navíc s dětmi. Naštěstí jsme našli jiného ortopeda, který s námi normálně komunikoval a syn byl brzy v pořádku.

If there were any anti-prizes for pediatricians, I would nominate Dr. Čabart. It is very sad when such people work in this field and also with children. Fortunately, we found another orthopedist who communicated with us normally and the son was soon fine.

We had a great experience there! And we are very greatfull for the help that our son received there. Almost all the doctors at the hospital spoke English too ;)

The service in Childrens Emergency department is insane, inhuman, unacceptable, out of the world. Receptionists are terrible with attacking attitude. Yellow Vests nurses are very rude and careless, not ready to help at all, we went there on Emergency many times and the first question is why are you here? most of the doctors dont speak English and its a hell communicating with them, sadly some doctors just laugh at the child sickness. Almost all staff we met are with the same disgusting attitude, dont deserve working in the frontline. They need to learn how to treat people respectfully especially foreigners.

The facility itself is nice, clean and maintained. Parking is an absolute pain as there are not enough spots for such a large hospital. The check in process is quite seamless but waiting to actually see anyone takes SO long. If you have an appointment time, it means nothing. Doctor and office staff were caring.
