Fotky byly na jedničku s hvězdičkou doručeny během 24 hodin a nemovitost jsme tak prodali mnohem dříve! :)

Pan Lukas fotograf je velmi pohotovy a prizpusobivy k situaci - vyresil foceni i za neprizniveho pocasi, na miste nemovitosti poradil a zajistil kolegyni k vytvoreni videa. Prodej nemovitosti jsem diky firme focenibytu.cz : (fotografie: interieru i exterieru pohledy z dronu a videa) prodala za necele 2 dny od dodani konecne prace. Velmi doporucuji a preji mnoho spokojenych klientu nejen realitnich kancelari ale i koncovych prodejcu. Investice do foto prezentace s homestagingem se vyplatila nejen financne, ale hlavne rychlosti prodeje.

Mr. Lukas, the photographer, is very quick and adaptable to the situation - he handled the photo shoot even in bad weather, advised on the property site and provided a colleague to create a video. Thanks to the company focenibytu.cz: I sold the property (photos: interior and exterior views from the drone and video) in less than 2 days from the delivery of the final work. I highly recommend and wish many satisfied clients not only real estate agents but also end sellers. The investment in a photo presentation with homestaging paid off not only financially, but mainly the speed of sales.
