Partnerka zde zakoupila krůtí uzenou šunku, která po rozbalení doma ten samý den (samozřejmě byla uchována do té doby chladu) páchla tak, že musela letět hned do koše. Tedy jsme dostali nějakou starou zásobu. Napsal jsem přes FB firmy Folda dotaz, čím jsme si to zasloužili a čekal, že se omluví a nabídnout nějaké řešení. Mělo být předáno majiteli, ale odpovědi jsme se nedočkali. Takže dvojí selhání se nedá bohužel ocenit pozitivně. :-( Nechávám dvě hvězdy, jelikož jinak nemají špatné produkty.
Unfortunately, I have to write an unfavorable review. The partner bought smoked turkey ham here, which after unpacking at home the same day (of course it was kept cold until then) smelled so bad that she had to fly to the basket right away. So we got some old supplies. I wrote a question via Folda's FB about what we deserved and expected him to apologize and offer a solution. It was supposed to be handed over to the owner, but we did not receive an answer. So, unfortunately, double failure cannot be assessed positively. :-( I leave two stars, because otherwise they do not have bad products.
