★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkné ubytování blízko Hostivařské přehrady, ve velmi klidné části Prahy, ale v dosahu MHD. Pokoje slušně zařízené (TV, klima, lednice, varná konvice atd.), majitel příjemný, ceny rozumné. Parkování zajištěno před objektem.
 Nice accommodation near the Hostivař dam, in a very quiet part of Prague, but within easy reach of public transport. Rooms decently furnished (TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, etc.), owner friendly, prices reasonable. Parking provided in front of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Remote lock on entry doors. There was no staff present at 2 pm when we arrived but they could unlock the front door remotely so we didn’t have to wait outside. They served breakfast to our room.. Negative: We didn’t get the room we booked. The shower was so small i was touching the walls with my shoulder. The bottom of shower filled with water every time and took 5 min to drain. Bad small in the hall way and on the stairs..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The breakfast was simply OK. Nothing special. Four big rolls for two people was more than we wanted or needed. It was a cold breakfast. The host was congenial and showed us his backyard and his beautiful macaw.. Negative: The online booking made it appear there was only one room left. It appeared to us that only two rooms were occupied so that was false advertising. Shortly after we retired for the night we could hear "groans and shrieks" from a nearby room. Someone was having a sexual encounter -- and then we think they left..

Negative: There is nothing worse than to come to your hotel after overnight flight and find the door of your hotel closed; I dialed the number on the entry door but got no phone or email responses. I was waiting under the door for 1,5 hour until other guests opened the door and I had to choose the room myself, the room turned to be a disaster.. The owner never showed up - he was in Portugal and responded to my email only next morning. How was I supposed to get into my room? Crappy mattress, stinky towels, urine smelled floors, broken shower holder and leaking shower head, no toiletries (as listed on website), child’s blanket - see the picture, only one pillow instead of listed two, no coffee maker, nor listed laundry facilities; I stayed 3 nights – room was “cleaned” only once without emptying rubbish bin. Perhaps one good thing – breakfast was served on time and nicely. The SCORE for this property is ZERO.
