★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuvěřitelné. Jdu si pro balík od PPL, strávil jsem tam skoro hodinu. Balíček jsem nedostal i přesto že jsem měl doklady i ověřovací údaje v telefonu. Ještě na mě chtěli volat policii.
Incredibly. I'm going for a package from PPL, I spent almost an hour there. I did not receive the package even though I had documents and verification data on the phone. They still wanted to call the police on me.

I have packages sent from the Mailbox here and so far without any problems. Otherwise completely normal smaller self-service.
