Food Factory Restaurant - Na Chalupách 11

We were here after a year and the restaurant and chef changed in the restaurant and the food was excellent. We had burgers, tacos and baked ribs, everything was very good. The only thing I would do differently was not to give fries in the set for one as an appetizer, then I missed the meal. Otherwise, everything is great and the waitress is very nice and helpful. I praise and I will come again.

We liked the food very much and the environment of the restaurant is very pleasant. We certainly didn't eat here for the last time! I warmly recommend.

Today we visited this restaurant for the first time. Environment beautiful, service dull and quiet, what we asked something, so no answer or answer "I do not know". We ordered Cheddar Special, BBQ Fries, Baked Tacos, Quesadilla. Everything floated in oil, when asked why this is so, the answer: the cook had too much, unfortunately. We waited for food for an hour. And they brought us the appetizer at the same time as the main course. Huge disappointed for us, we would never carry there again !!! And the money was thrown away for food !!!! The restaurant should be closed !!!

It's sad, but the worst food I've ever ordered! BBBacon burger burnt, tasteless sauce and I'm not even talking about size. The girlfriend had a zebra meat, which flew into the basket in its original state !!! The zebra was not fresh, it was hard, the fat itself and I won't even write about coleslaw! Hnus hnus hnus !!! Never again and we will avoid this company with an arch :(

After today's experience, I'm removing the stars. There is no salad salad written on the internet on the net. After the waiter told me that the salad is not that I want baby potatoes, he ran out after a while that they don't even have it and only what they have are french fries. ? So I canceled half the order. The son wanted fries got rubber fries and dead meat. When ordering, the waiter did not even ask how we want the steak baked. Well, I won't be there for a long time, if at all.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, I was interested in its advertisement on the network. The environment is interesting, the menu as well. The first thing that struck me was the very low prices, but I expected small portions, which was later confirmed (which is absolutely fine, quality food just costs something and the restaurant has the option to either lower portions or increase prices. It's nothing against there was no quality problem, the quality was absolutely fine). Fortunately, I wisely chose a set "for 2-3" people, which was to consist of: Pork ribs, BBQ Nachos, Flank Steak, Bacon in a glass, cheddar burger, FF mustard, bread, American cucumbers. The staff immediately informed me that the ribs have run out (this is also okay. It may happen that something happens. I also accept it and it does not affect the evaluation). She offered me something else as an alternative and I chose bacon in a glass. But it seemed strange to me that I received this set gradually (maybe it should be - I don't have a problem with that, I usually only get food at once). But what I see is the problem, I didn't get the spare bacon, I didn't get the mustard (the bacon and Flank steak would really fit) American cucumbers or bread. I don't think it's a small thing. I would understand (and remind myself) if the restaurant was full, but there were 3 tables including us (ie 6 people complete including us). It's a pity, this restaurant has potential, it would be 5 stars and included among my favorite and regularly visited restaurants. But this is how I feel mixed.
