At Food Republic, we think good food and quality ingredients should be available to everyone at prices that don’t cost an arm and a leg. We started operating in Prague in 2016. Since then, we’ve seen plenty of changes in the way people approach food - and we couldn’t be more excited. We import all our Oysters and Seafood directly from Canada, France, Italy, Spain and Holland, so you can be sure to enjoy only the freshest products at our Bistro.

.. “cosy and rather small bistro” (from outside) brings the best fresh oyster and caviar options i experienced in Prague so far. Fish and seafood is made the way you wanted and on top of it, lobster’s fish tank is always full! Friendly stuff and owners, great value for money. I recomend this place 5*
