★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám opravdu radost, že jsem tuhle kliniku a paní Radku objevila. V rámci boje s mou problematickou, aknózní pletí (velké podkožní boláky) jsem opakovaně vyzkoušela kombinaci špachtle a mikrojehličky a funguje to moc dobře! Přístup je profesionální, milý a nadstandardně pečlivý, je znát opravdový zájem o to pomoci a zlepšit stav pleti. Teď naposledy jsem podstoupila ošetření skinbooster, před čtyřmi dny. Byla jsem varována, že se v prvních dnech možná vyházím a pár pupínků se objevilo, ale vesměs vypadá pleť už lépe než před ošetřením. Pro jistotu piji heřmánkový čaj a možná i sluníčko může mít zmírňující efekt proti prvotnímu vyházení, nevím, ale v tuto chvíli mám pleť projasněnou a zdravější. Děkuji paní Radce za její péči a rady :)
 I am really happy to have found this clinic and Mrs. Radka. In the struggle with my problematic, acne skin (big subcutaneous sores) I have repeatedly tried a combination of spatula and micro-needle and it works very well! The approach is professional, nice and above-standard, knowing the real interest in helping and improving skin condition. The last time I had a skinbooster treatment, four days ago. I was warned that in the early days I may be avoiding a few pimples, but the skin looks almost better than before the treatment. For sure, I drink chamomile tea and maybe the sun can have a mitigating effect against the initial throw, I do not know, but at the moment I have skin cleared and healthier. I thank Mrs. Radka for her care and advice :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji ověřit si platnost rezervace s dostatečným časovým odstupem a to i v případě, že máte rezervaci potvrzenou telefonicky i sms. Hodnotím jenom jednu zkušenost, takže možná to byla náhoda, možná je ale tady tak neprofesionální přístup standardem. Měla jsem rezervaci na 16:00, na adresu salónu jsem přišla 15:55. Přibližně deset minut jsem stála před vchodem a zvonila na zvonek, několikrát telefonovala na recepci, ale všechno bez odpovědi. Po asi půl hodině, co jsem z místa odešla, mi volali z recepce. Jejich reakce, bez jakékoliv omluvy byla: “Aha, a nechtěla byste se přeobjednat?” Ne, fakt nechtěla.
I recommend checking the validity of the reservation with a sufficient time interval, even if you have a reservation confirmed by phone and sms. I only evaluate one experience, so maybe it was a coincidence, but maybe such an unprofessional approach is the standard here. I had a reservation for 16:00, I arrived at the salon address at 15:55. I stood in front of the entrance for about ten minutes and rang the bell, phoning the reception several times, but all without answering. After about half an hour after I left the place, they called me from the reception. Their reaction, without any excuse, was, "Ah, and wouldn't you like to reorder?" No, she really didn't want to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po 10ti navstevach zadny efekt. Byla jsem na epilaci trisel a intimnich partii. Je fajn, ze Vam pri 10te navsteve reknou, ze efekt je obvykle po 3-4navstevach a k perfektnimu vysledku staci tak 6- 8 navstev. Kdyby mi toto rekl nekdo treba pri 5te navsteve, tak jsem nemusela vyhazovat dasli penize a ztracet cas zcela nefunkcni laserovou epilaci! Tech x tisic, co jsem za to vyhodila je mi opravdu lito :(
No effect after 10 visits. I was on the epilation of trisels and intimate parties. It is nice that at the 10th visit they will tell you that the effect is usually after 3-4 visits and for a perfect result it is enough for 6-8 visits. If someone needed to tell me this at the 5th visit, I didn't have to waste my money and waste time on a completely non-functional laser epilation! Tech x thousand, what I fired is really sorry :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for laser depilation, for 7 sessions and paying 10000 CZK. What is my surprise that it didn't work at all. I know it is individual, maybe my hair, hormones are different. But I tried another place and they told me that it looked I never had laser, that they didn't do it properly. And yes, now is working. I feel so disappointed. As well last time I tried to go, they basically made me leave because they booked only 15 minutes for me and it was not enough. Really, cheap things are finally more expensive and this is a clear example. Avoid it.
