★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přístup Fordu k zákazníkům katastrofa. U nového auta po pár měsících přestane fungovat hlasové ovládání a vytáčení tak dáte do servisu a jen posloucháte už 9 měsíců jak neví co s tím mají dělat za 9 měsíců jen 2x přehrály software, ale to nepomohlo.
Ford's approach to disaster customers. After a few months, the voice control of the new car will stop working and you will put the dialing into service and you've only been listening for 9 months, how they don't know what to do with it, they only played the software twice in 9 months, but that didn't help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem objednán na výměnu motorku stěrače (Ford Transit Connect) na 7,30 hod. První ´technik´ se objevil v 8,00 hod. a po mém dotazu "proč jste mne na tento termín objednávali, když tu pak nikdo není?" mi bylo s maximální dávkou arogance odseknuto "No tak se to změnilo, no!"
S flegmatickým sebezapřením jsem tedy předal klíčky od vozu a zeptal jsem se na jak dlouho ta oprava vypadá a bylo mi sděleno, že půl dne. Po dotazu na náhradní vozidlo mi bylo opět arogantně odseknuto, že žádné auto není, a že prý si mám jezdit MHD! Jelikož bydlím pod Ještědem 3km od nejbližší zastávky MHD, je pro mne (pro invalidního důchodce) taková ´procházka´ docela problematická.
Takže jsem si vzal zpět klíčky od vozu a se slušným ´na shledanou´ jsem tento "autorizovaný servis Ford Liberec" opustil se zkušeností, že zákazník je pro zdejší techniky pouhý obtížný póvl, kterému je asi povoleno pouze platit!
A ´libereckým forďákům´ doporučuji se tomuto servisu zdaleka vyhýbat!
RE: plané povídačky o údajném vyšetření incidentu budí pouze dojem toho, že "vlk se nažral, ale koza zůstala celá", bez zpětné vazby to důvěru v tento servis určitě neobnoví!
I was ordered to replace the wiper motor (Ford Transit Connect) at 7.30 am. The first "technician" appeared at 8.00 am and after my question "why did you order me for this date when no one is here?" I was cut off with the maximum dose of arrogance "Well, that's changed, well!"
So with phlegmatic self-denial, I handed over the car keys and asked how long the repair looked, and I was told that it was half a day. After asking for a spare vehicle, I was again arrogantly told that there was no car and that I was supposed to take public transport! Since I live under Ještěd 3 km from the nearest public transport stop, such a "walk" is quite problematic for me (for a disabled pensioner).
So I took back the car keys and with a decent "goodbye" I left this "authorized Ford Liberec service" with the experience that the customer is just a difficult half for the local technicians, who are probably only allowed to pay!
And I recommend that you avoid this service by far!
RE: False stories about the alleged investigation of the incident only give the impression that "the wolf ate, but the goat remained whole", without feedback it will certainly not restore confidence in this service!
