★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedná z nejhorší návštěv co jsem za poslední dobu zažil, absolutní neochota ze strany personálu. Děkuji AUTO IN, že si teď ještě více vážím přístupu u svého dealera.
Na jednu stranu Vám nemažou med kolem pusy jen před koupí, ale můžete si udělat obrázek hned při první návštěvě, a víte, že bude lepší se poohlédnout jinde ;)
 This is one of the worst visits I've ever had, an absolute reluctance on the part of the staff. Thank you AUTO IN, that I appreciate the approach of my dealer even more now.
On the one hand, they don't rub honey around your mouth just before you buy, but you can take a picture right from the first visit, and you know it will be better to look elsewhere;)

I go to them regularly, even at the MOT. Their service and services are really professional. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Priste asi taky zajedu jinam.. v predpokladany den hotove zakazky technik ve 14:57 zavola, telefon ihned nezvednu a volam o 5minut pozdeji a uz se nedovolam. Druhy den se dozvite, ze technik predchozi den pracoval jen do tri a proto Vam telefon nemohl vzit aby Vam rekl ze auto je pripravene k vyzvednuti. Logicky nemohl poslat sms nebo poprosit kolegu a tudiz jste zbytecne o den navic bez auta.. sluzba opravdu adekvatni ofiko servisu.
EDIT: v reakci na odpověď autoservisu je jasné, že u nich pochybení nevzniklo protože "informace si vždy předávají". Každopádně stále čekám na slíbené kontaktování;)
I'll probably go elsewhere as well .. on the expected day of the finished order, the technician will call at 14:57, I won't answer the phone immediately and I'll call 5 minutes later and I won't call anymore. The next day you will find out that the technician the previous day only worked until three, so the phone could not take you to tell you that the car is ready to be picked up. Logically he could not send an SMS or ask a colleague and therefore you are unnecessarily a day without a car .. service really adequate service office.
EDIT: in response to the car service's response, it is clear that they did not have a mistake because they "always pass on information". Anyway, I'm still waiting for the promised contact;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Možná jen má špatná zkušenost oprava pojistné události trvala neúměrně dlouho vina byla svalována na zaměstnance, který tam již nepracuje, poté ztráta klíče od vozu, a nakonec dohadování o dostříknutí blatníku, kde zůstal flek po brusce. Barva či tmel u kliky dveří a u řadící páky jen vše dokreslují...o volných termínech mluvit raději nebudu. Tipuji ,že nestíhají a potom to podle toho vypadá.
Maybe just my bad experience repairing the insured took a disproportionately long time to blame the employee who no longer works there, then the loss of the car key, and finally arguing about the spray of the fender, where the stain remained after the grinder. The paint or sealant at the door handle and at the gear lever just completes everything ... I'd rather not talk about free dates. I guess they can't catch up and then it looks like that.
