Hello, I have decided to share this experience. In Opava, Ford we service and buy cars. Now after all the experience and after paying all the high invoices we have learned. As we have become a long-term customer and we do not have the possibility to change vehicles after a crash. We don't have cars they said sezente si. When asked about operational leasing - the answer is expensive. Hmm how can they know what is expensive for me. I know minimally that Ford Maly and Big in Opava is a expensive affair. Thank you for your understanding and believe that they are over. You know another vendor who appreciates his access to a regular customer who keeps his money steadily. I would like to highlight the high quality work of Mrs. Eva Nováková, who works at Ford Malý and Velký in Opava. Really unusual approach, willingness to help with finding ND. It is not everywhere in Ostrava! Once again, thank you to Mrs. Eva Nováková for your help in finding a spare part for the Mondeo MK4.

I don't know about the others, it's always individual, but for me I met with willingness and a quick solution. Regarding the service in Opava, I can say that the staff is also helpful.

Unfortunately, I bought a diesel car here. Ramp to 130 km, relatively well preserved. Mr. Blahut was very gallant and helpful at the point of sale. I drove 800 kilometers with the car and after refueling the second tank, I heard strong punches when adding gas from the engine compartment. I complained about the hidden defect of the injectors - I got the car and repaired it. When I picked up the car, I noticed that the whole tank ran out - apparently on test drives. Unfortunately, after six months the same defect - so complaints at the seller, it was already Mr. Blahut sent me to the back. I had the car repaired in Blansko, where they found out that all four injections are dead and the one that was declared as new, showed the worst condition in the tests !!! Having traced the numbers to the service director solving this incident with him: So - the injection bought me a new one and the fact that he was diagnosed as the worst of all the injections is just my assumption. The car was sold to me with a hidden defect in all the injections - but that's my problem. They fulfilled the obligation that the car served me "well" for half a year. It is a wannabe "moral obligation" of the director. Mr. Blahut was gone, but in my case, he said he behaved correctly and paid me one injection (which but did not end up in my car) - according to Mr. Director, it is again but only my assumption. Unfortunately, I also had them change the timing kit and I do not know at all if the replacement occurred. Of course, the warranty does not apply to distribution systems.

Very overpriced service. I brought the car because of a problem. The next day, the technician called for a breakdown to find out more. He communicated the approximate cost and length of the repair. After driving the car to another service, they knew what was wrong. The fault was perfectly corrected for a quarter of the price and about a quarter of the time they needed in Little and Big. So there never again. But otherwise the staff very pleasant.
