T	Tomáš Nebeský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem se informovat na nové Turneo Custom. Bylo 15:30. Na prodejně jeden zaměstnanec, který se věnoval pánovi, jemuž předával nové auto. Pozdravil. A tím to haslo. Zeptal jsem se, jestli se mužů podívat dovnitř vystaveneho Turnea. Prý už je nachystane pro zákazníka a tak jen přes okno. 10 minut jsem si prohlížel a obcházet zvenčí ono Turneo. Pan se ani nezeptal, jestli vydrzim nebo jestli bych mohl přijít v jiný čas. Ze by třeba nabídnul místo k sezení a katalog, to taky ani omylem. Odcházím ke konkurenci. I came to inquire about the new Turneo Custom. It was 15:30. One employee at the store, which was devoted to the master, who handed over a new car. He saluted. And that was it. I asked if I could look inside exposed Turney. It says it is poised for a customer and then only through a window. 10 minutes I looked outside and circumvent it Turney. Pan did not even ask if you can stand or if I could come at another time. That maybe offered a place to sit and catalog, that too not by mistake. I'm leaving for competition.

Dealer - chtěl aby bylo auto co nejdříve zaplacené, ale to že téměř 3 měsíce čekal na velký technický průkaz s neustálými výmluvami. (jednou, že je na Fordu v Praze chyba v tisku velkého TP, jindy zase dopravce-kurýr )Dostával jednu převozní značku za druhou a nemohl vůz přihlásit je asi v pořádku!!!! A co jsme se dověděli, tak těchto lidí je bohužel asi více. Hlavně že si majitelé za peníze zákazníků jezdí v Mercedesech!!!!!! Nechápu jak může zastoupení V Praze toto dealerovi tolerovat a ze zákazníku dělat hlupáky!! The worst FORD dealer in the Czech Republic !! An acquaintance recently bought a new car here and also for the last time. Dealer - wanted the car to be paid for as soon as possible, but the fact that almost 3 months waited for a large technical card with constant excuses. (once there is a mistake in the printing of a large TP at Ford in Prague, other times the carrier-courier) He received one transport sign after another and could not register the car, probably right !!!! And what we learned, there are unfortunately probably more of these people. Mainly that the owners drive in Mercedes for the money of their customers !!!!!! I do not understand how the representation in Prague can tolerate this dealer and make a customer a fool !!
V	Vlasta Mikec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální Ford na Jižní Moravě, ať je to nejhorší servis Ford, údajně značkový :D..Také to byl můj poslední servis zde. Navíc pod vedením neurvalého vedoucího Jiřího Vávry, který není schopen vyřešit reklamaci, kterou zavinil automechanik a ještě u toho přikusuje rohlík s paštikou před zákazníky je asi vzorek vedoucího servisu. No upřímně, když mě ten pan Vávra něco chtěl vysvětlit a jeho mechanik přišel se slovy já na to tady vyse a z dílny se ozývají dost sprostá slova, je doslova zarážející!!! A zkuste se přijít podívat na salon jako já na nového Focuse..stále ho nemají, nemají tedy nic a Foucse mě již slibují 2 měsíce. Zajímavé že ostatní dealeři v Brně Carent a Brnocar je už dávno má a ochotně vám ho půjčí na svezení. Zde a to nevím proč se nemohu svézt ani ve Ford Kuga, hlavně že mají na saloně RS a Mustanga. And try to come and see the salon like me on the new Focus ... they still don't have it, so they don't have anything and Foucse has been promising me for 2 months. Interesting that other dealers in Brno Carent and Brnocar have had them for a long time and will be happy to lend it to you for a ride. Here and I don't know why I can't ride in a Ford Kuga, especially since they have RS and Mustangs in the salon.
L	Libor Danihel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřeboval jsem jeden náhradní díl na svého focusa, proto jsem se vypravil na pobočku Rašína na vídeňské. Tam seděl jeden! postarší pán, který mi sdělil, že díl není skladem a musí se objednat. Asi 10 minut jsem toho člověka pozoroval, jak se snaží díl najít v jejich počítačovém systému a připadlo mi, že to vidí snad poprvé. Nakonec se zvedl a odněkud zezadu si přivedl posilu v podobě paní, která tam pravděpodobně pracuje jako skladnice? a s její pomocí se po dalších cca 5 minutách podařilo údajně díl objednat. Pán si na mě vzal telefonní číslo a sdělil mi, že mi zavolají jakmile bude díl skladem což podle něj mělo být za 7-10 dnů. No utekl bezmála měsíc a nikdo se dosud neozval. Tak jsem nakonec zavolal do carentu v Juliánově, kde byl díl skladem rovnou k v… I needed one spare part for my focus, so I went to the Rašín branch in Vienna. There sat one! elderly gentleman who told me that the part is not in stock and must be ordered. For about 10 minutes, I watched the man try to find the part in their computer system, and it seemed to him perhaps the first time. Eventually he got up and brought some support from behind from a lady who probably works there as a warehouse worker? and with her help after about another 5 minutes reportedly managed to order the part. The master took the phone number on me and told me they would call me as soon as the part was in stock, which he thought was supposed to be in 7-10 days. Well, he almost escaped for almost a month, and no one has heard yet. So I finally called the carent in Juliánov, where the part was in stock…
