★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kancelář Foreka nedoporučuji vůbec. Za dobu fungování v našem domě, nebyl řádně řešena jediná nahlašená závada v domě. Paní Mlezivová vždy předvedla divadlo s řemeslníkem, který přišel posoudit opravu a ta nikdy neproběhla. Dále jsem obdržela chybné vyúčtování, peníze jsem opět zpět neobdržela. V neposlední řadě, při ukončení nájmu paní Mlezivová nerespektovala znění smlouvy a nepřevedla energie na Foreku. Byla jsem nucena složitě vypovídat smlouvu u dodavatele energií a musela jsem hradit další 3 měsíce energie v domě kde jsem již nebydlela, přesto, že jsem podepsala předávací protokol se stavem. Dále jsem od dodavatel obdržela pokut za ukončení smlouvy, které teď složitě reklamuji. Paní Mlezivová přestala komunikovat a celou věc řešit. Patřila jsem mezi slušné nájemníky bez dluhů, byt jsem předala ještě v lepším stavu než jsem obdržela.
I do not recommend Foreka at all. During the operation in our house, the only reported defect in the house has not been properly addressed. Mrs. Mlezivová always presented a theater with a craftsman who came to assess the repair and it never took place. I also received an incorrect billing, I did not receive the money again. Last but not least, at the end of the lease Mrs Mlezivová did not respect the wording of the contract and did not transfer energy to Forek. I was forced to terminate the contract with the energy supplier in a complicated manner and had to pay for another 3 months of energy in a house where I was no longer living, despite signing the handover protocol with the status. Furthermore, I received from the supplier fines for termination of the contract, which now complicated to complain. Mrs. Mlezivová stopped communicating and dealt with the matter. I was a decent tenant without debt, I handed over the apartment in a better condition than I received.
