About Forky's Old Town
Forky’s je koncept moderního bistra-restaurace, kde se veškeré jídlo připravuje pouze z čistě rostlinných surovin. Nepoužíváme žádné ingredience živočišného původu. V našich prodejních regálech, které jsou součástí některých provozoven, najdete veganské speciality z celého světa, stejně jako výběrové produkty značky Forky’s.
Cílem naší kuchyně je nabídnout hostům jak klasické pokrmy české i světové kuchyně, tak i zcela nové pojetí pokrmů, jako např. superbowls – chuťově a nutričně bohaté velké salátové misky s vysokým podílem quinoy. Důležitou částí nabídky je street food – zdravá forma fast foodu, která se od klasického liší nulovým obsahem cholesterolu, vysokým obsahem vlákniny, vitamínů a minerálů a prvotřídní kvalitou surovin.
Forky’s burgery nebo tortilla wrapy si prostě zamilujete. Hosté s intolerancí na lepek si u nás vždy vyberou z bohaté nabídky bezlepkových pokrmů.
Forky’s dokazuje, že jídlo zcela bez živočišných přísad může být nejen zdraví prospěšné a ohleduplné
k okolnímu prostředí, ale i krásné a velice chutné.
Forky’s není lhostejné životní prostředí, proto si u nás můžete jakýkoli pokrm odnést s sebou v bio-plastovém 100% ekologicky odbouratelném obalu (PLA). Pro veškerá balená jídla používáme obaly, vyrobené výhradně z rostlinné biomasy (kukuřice, řepa, brambory, obilniny), které jsou snadno rozložitelné. Věříme, že je to správný krok, který oceníte i přes vyšší cenu těchto k přírodě šetrných materiálů. Více informací zde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yummy vegan food in the Old Town, great for if you’re in the area. Nice and clean interior with additional seating in a downstairs area. It’s a self service style restaurant where you order at the counter and pick up your food when it’s ready. Friendly, helpful staff and lots of choice! Would recommend to both veggies/vegans and meat eaters as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! We needed a quick lunch after an unpleasant experiece at another place, and Forky's was even better than we expected. We had the Sushi Superbowl (incredibly delicious) and the "cheese" burger (a little bit dry and the bun wasn't toasted, but still tasty). Don't be fooled by the small number of tables on the ground floor - there's a lot of seats downstairs as well:)) Will come again!

Everything we ordered was tasty.
Service was a bit rude and unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered this Wrap, I don’t remember the name specifically. What I really liked about this place was the atmosphere was very cool, the wrap has fresh vegetables inside. The vegan meat was also very delicious. I recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well known vegan chain… the food is pretty good, I like some dishes and others not. The sushi bowl is yummy. The curries are good and also the kebab wrap. They now have an unlimited consumption non alcoholic drink machine which is cool (coke, water, Vines grape juice, orange juice, elderflower sparkling drink). The NoFish was alright but not very flavourful. Shawarma is also ok but not amazing. Sometimes I’d like stronger flavours or better sauces. Their fries are a mix of normal and sweet potato which is nice. They have some cakes as well. I miss their kimchi rice and Salnon bagel… they removed those from the menu :( … the staff is friendly and helpful and the interior is stylish and cozy. Generally it’s a nice place for a casual meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for dinner and ordered the african bowl and spicy burger. Would highly highly recommend these two dishes! The spicy burger had a creamy spicy sauce with a lot of flavour that complimented the burger very well. The chips were crispy and the burger mock meat was very good. I had the african bowl which had such a unique and fulfilling flavour but also wasn’t too heavy. The punch cake was refreshing after a big meal. This place would be more ideal for a big lunch rather than a dinner as it is not table service and the staff are not entirely attentive but still very efficient.
