★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite OK fitness center. You can park your car in the garage below the gym. Don't forget a gym stamp on your parking ticket. With this stamp you will pay 10 CZK per hour only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smaller but modern gym. Everything is clean. They have very good amount of treadmills which is what I usually use anyway. There is a small sauna as well. They offer private courses and public classes. You can buy a single entry, sign up for a month or use Multisport card. Usually busy after work as there are many businesses around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to their other gyms, the machines are fairly new. Problem is that in order to get all of them in there they had to fill up the place, to the point it's hard to get around there. The staff is friendly, almost too friendly, but don't try asking them for help with anything you'll have no luck. The sauna they have there is too cold, and people don't even put sheets or towels under themselves, not sure if they don't care but the staff doesn't do anything about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Believe me, I was not a gym person. Thanks to this place I LOVE sports and my body fat is vanishing.
Perfect gym, amazing staff, the best coaches you can find in the whole Prague. Really: physiotherapists, sportsmen, american footballers, fighters… Do you want to learn boxing? No problem. Health issues? No problem.
There are so many tools, machines that you will be entertained forever. And they still update them! For example the treadmills were just updated to a newer ones, so comfy.
If you are looking for a coach, you can look on the websites but I would recommend, come and see the board in-place and discuss with the receptionists… they are very helpful.
Very clean, amazing staff working like hell to make us safe and healthy. Locker rooms are spacious. The showers are perfect.
In addition… a sauna. What more?
