I would like to ask all of you who have been denied a complaint to read my story and not be discouraged by the company's actions under any circumstances. I bought branded shoes, purchase price CZK 2,000. After about 3-4 months of normal use of the shoes for depreciation. The complaint was of course rejected and a "report" was delivered, which explains to me that I can actually blame myself for everything. I asked the company for a positive complaint, everything was rejected. Then I had to urge the company 3 times to send my shoes back. I had a court report prepared at my own expense (CZK 2,000), where it was clear that the shoes were badly sewn and therefore it is a defective product. This report was sent to FD Sport to reimburse me for all costs. Denied. So I handed the whole thing over to a lawyer. Of course, FD Sport paid for everything. Which was clear from the beginning. I don't understand their actions, but if they have money to waste, why not .. So I'm asking you again, don't get beaten up !!!! In about 2 months money on the account. All, including postage and other costs associated with the complaint. Concluding words? This company NEVER more !! The company approached the whole problem completely unprofessionally, communication was absolutely tragic (Mr. Ježek). The fewer these companies on the market, the better. And it is necessary to draw attention to these cases, which is why I wrote this review.
