★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sázková kancelář v Kauflandu uprostřed Chebu je uvnitř téměř stejná jako všechny ostatní pobočky této společnosti, takže se bavme spíše o personálu a jeho ochotě, rychlosti a i vizáži, která je prostě podle mého nezbytná, neboť se jedná o reprezentaci firmy v osobním kontaktu s klienty. Momentálně jsou tu tři členové personálu, kdy - všichni jsou milí, svojí práci zvládají dobře, ale jen dva z nich dbají na to, aby i reprezentovali. Nezdá se mi vůbec povrchní, když řeknu, že nikomu z nás nebude milé koukat se na mastné a neupravené vlasy jedné z obsluhujicich, a to když je vedro a máte smůlu, tak je cítit potem až za přepážku. Sorry jako, ale tohle prostě do 21. století nepatří a už vůbec ne ke každodenním styku s klienty. Takže proto hvězda dolů, jinak všechno ok.

It does not seem superficial to me when I say that none of us will be nice to look at the greasy and untreated hair of one of the attendants, and that when it is hot and unlucky you will feel sweat beyond the counter. Sorry as, but this simply does not belong to the 21st century and certainly not to everyday contact with clients. So why star down, otherwise everything ok.
