K slibovanému zpětnému zavolání nedošlo a proto tento obchod nemohu doporučit. 2x jsem volal a nejsou schopní problém vyřešit! Přišlo mi potvrzení objednávky, kde bylo napsáno: Dobrý den,objednávku můžete očekávat během 7 – 12 pracovních dnů. Tak si říkám to je v pohodě, počkám. 3.8. jsem přijel z dovolené a stále žádné info. Myslím, že 11.8. jsem nechával vzkaz, že objednávku ruším, do dnes žádná reakce ani informace o objednávce. (1 měsíc a 10 dnů) Děkuji, nakoupím jinde 7.6. I ordered balls for which availability was written 1-4 days. I received an order confirmation saying: Hello, you can expect an order within 7-12 business days. So I think it's okay, I'll wait. 3.8. I came from vacation and still no info. I think 11.8. I left a message that I was canceling the order, until today no reaction or information about the order. (1 month and 10 days) Thank you, I buy elsewhere

After this review, there was a refund and an apology.

Objednávka fotbal. branky oficialních rozměrů vytvořena a zaplacena 29/5/2020, dodání diskutováno telefonicky do max 3 týdnu, spíše však dříve - říkal do telefonu pan Týbl. Od té doby ticho po pěšině. Emaily bez reakce. Volal jsem tedy přímo pana Týbla cca po 3 týdnech s dotazem, jak to vypadá. Prý se to již chystá, příští max ten další týden. Opět se nic nedělo...Takto telefonicky jsem se dotazoval třikrát. Vždy spoustu důvodů proč zboží není nachystáno...Nakonec bylo domluveno, že již jistě bude dodáno v polovině července. Opět nic. Na můj telefonát (v polovině července) kdy se dočkám zaplaceného zboží mě bylo vulgárně odpovězeno, že co se pořád ptám, že nejsem sám kdo čeká, že mě přece nebude každej den volat a ať jdu do rdele...???!!! A to doslova...Zajímavé jednání... Objednávku jsem zrušil, peníze vráceny a já přeji panu Týblovi spokojenější zákazníky než jsem já... Catastrophic behavior. On my phone call (in mid-July) when I will receive the paid goods, I was vulgarly answered that what I keep asking, that I am not alone who is waiting, that he will not call me every day and let me go to rdele ... ???! !! And literally ... Interesting negotiations ... I canceled the order, the money was returned and I wish Mr. Týbel more satisfied customers than I am ...
