Unfortunately, I have to add a negative review, although I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews. We had a family photo shoot with Mrs. Stránská. She promised to send previews within two weeks and to send finished photos within three weeks of ordering. After two weeks I had to be reminded, so in the next two days I sent the previews and after more than three weeks I was reminded again, so the next day I sent the finished photos. And I think she adjusted them in a hurry to get me out of my throat. One is totally overexposed, unusable for me. So I wrote her an e-mail asking for the originals that some of the photos seemed too overlit. To at least send the worst one, and Mrs. Stránská left it unanswered. Same second mail. A good photographer would edit the photo again and better or suggest editing another. A solid person would send the original. At worst, she should at least reply to the mail and apologize. If I described the overall photo shoot, instead of an hour she took pictures of us only 40 minutes. Zero communication. She didn't even ask her daughter's name. I am used to talking to photographers and creating a pleasant atmosphere. One lighting didn't work for her, so she had to do without it. In several photos from the previews, someone has trimmed a limb or a piece of the head, or there is a leg of the photographer, who, if cropped, again lacks a piece of the daughter's limb. I would have gone through all this and not forgotten that the photographer hadn't responded for two weeks. By her actions, she forced me to this reference. She has two stars for the vast majority of photos and for the nice work with her daughter, for being able to entice her to look into the lens. I believe that the others will have a better experience, or that the photographer will take something from this review and will act differently next time.
