★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně otřesné. Neochotní, neprofesionální, neodpovídají na maily. Kvalita fotek odpovídá náhodnému kolemjdoucímu, kterého požádali, aby odfotil nějaký candrbál padesát let starým, historickým foťákem. Cena odpovídá snímkům z elektronového mikroskopu (včetně pořizovací ceny mikroskopu). Jediný důvod, proč tato firma ještě nezkrachovala je jejich monopol, který z nějakého důvodu (snad násilné vydírání) drží u univerzit. Další možností je teda neschopnost zodpovědné osoby na straně univerzity, ale to mi přijde méně pravděpodobné.
 Absolutely appalling. Reluctant, unprofessional, do not respond to emails. The quality of the photos corresponds to a random passer-by who was asked to take some candrbal a fifty-year-old, historical camera. The price corresponds to the images from the electron microscope (including the purchase price of the microscope). The only reason this company has not yet gone bankrupt is their monopoly, which for some reason (perhaps violent blackmail) holds with universities. Another possibility, then, is the inability of the responsible person on the university side, but this seems less likely to me.

One price for printed with digital, and without the printed version which is not fair.

The specifications were requirements for a passport photo for another country and they are quite standard.
