★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Několikrát jsem bohužel byla u Vás a obsluhovala mě velmi nepříjemná černovlasá starší paní.. i od svých přátel vím, že si na ní stěžovali, proto k Vám už nikdy nepůjdu.
Naposledy jsem měla přání ohledně rámečku a když jsem nevěděla rozměr, ani mi sama nepomohla a začala obsluhovat jinou paní a nevšímala si mě, i když jsem ještě neodešla a potřebovala jsem pomoct.. Dělala, že mě nevidí, to je vážně neskutečné !
Od kamarádky vím, že se jí stalo to samé..
 Several times I was unfortunately with you and I was served by a very unpleasant black-haired older lady .. I know from my friends that they complained about her, so I will never go to you again.
Last time I had a wish for the frame, and when I did not know size or herself helped me and started to operate another lady and she ignored me, even when I was gone and I needed help .. She did not see me, it's really incredible!
I know from her friend that the same thing happened to her ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prístup k zákazníkovi teda naozaj hrozný (obsluhoval ma pán). Nepozdravil, uvítal ma so slovami, čo hľadám, medzitým ako ma vybavoval mu volal nejaký zákazník, komunikoval s ním strašne arogantne, podráždene a vyzeral pritom, že ho to strašne obťažuje, nakoniec mu hovor vypol, pretože na súkromnom telefóne mal súkromný hovor. Keď telefón služobný zvonil znova, nedvíhal. V predajni som bola s kočíkom a ani ho nenapadlo, že by mi podržal/otvoril dvere...pri odchode nepozdravil, len kývol hlavou keď som sa mu už druhý krát pozdravila dovidenia.
Access to the customer is truly terrible (served by the master). He didn't greet me, he greeted me with the words I was looking for, while he was being called by a customer, he communicated with him in a very arrogant, irritated manner, and he seemed to be terribly annoyed, finally turned off his call because he had a private call on his private phone. He did not lift the telephone when the service rang again. In the shop I was with a stroller and he didn't even think he would hold my door open ... he didn't greet when leaving, he just nodded his head when I greeted him for the second time.
