★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nepříjemná paní, slíbili v emailu cenu a později účtovali jinou. Bylo mi slíbeno zaslání souboru v jpeg, na email mi to přišlo v malování.
Velmi neprofesionální! Již nikdy více.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řeknete, že chcete vyvolat film, tak vám ho dodají i oskenovanýma fotkama na CD dvakrát. Proč nevybrat dvakrát tolik peněz za zakázku - snad zákazník nebude protestovat. Kvalita skenu navíc těžce průměrná a vzhůru nohama. Nevím čí je vina - postarší paní při objednání vypadala jako že ji spíše obtěžuju. Na druhou stranu vše se posílá do velkofabriky někde do Německa, takže je možné tam česky nerozumět. Každopádně korporátům se vyhýbat a dávat práci místním firmám. Příště jdu do Interfoto.
You say you want to develop a movie, so they'll deliver it to you with scanned photos on a CD twice. Why not collect twice as much money for the order - perhaps the customer will not protest. In addition, the scan quality is hardly average and upside down. I don't know whose fault it is - the elderly lady looked like I was bothering her when ordering. On the other hand, everything is sent to a large factory somewhere in Germany, so it is possible not to understand Czech there. In any case, to avoid corporations and give work to local companies. Next time I'm going to Interfoto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okolo obchodu jsem pouze procházel, ale jelikož jsem plánoval koupit objektiv tak jsem se stavil a zeptal se.
Prodavačka mi věnovala plnou pozornost a odpověděla na všechny dotazy co jsem měl. Sice jsem neměl v plánu objektiv koupit v ten moment, ale když už jsem tam byl tak proč ne.
Sice byl menší problém s novým systémem na pokladně tak jsem musel chviličku počkat, ale to není tak hrozné. Obě zaměstnankyně byly slušné a vyšli mi vstříc ve všem v čem mohli. Dokonce mám objektiv o skoro 1,000 Kč levněji a s pojíštěním proti poškození na dva roky.
Především chválím znalosti zaměstnankyní.
I was just walking around the store, but since I was planning to buy a lens, I stopped and asked.
The saleswoman paid me full attention and answered all the questions I had. I didn't plan to buy the lens at the moment, but when I was there, why not.
Although there was a minor problem with the new cash register system so I had to wait a while, but that is not so bad. Both employees were decent and they came to meet me in everything they could. I even have a lens nearly $ 50 cheaper and with insurance against damage for two years.
Above all, I commend the knowledge of the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11.12.21 První zkušenost s Pardubickou pobočkou CEWE. Při dotázaní obsluhy, paní na ranní směně byla velmi neochotná a hrubá při vyjadřování. Do budoucna bych doporučil lepší vystupování k zákazníkovi který přišel s dotazem k tisku skrze aplikaci CEWE..
11.12.21 First experience with the Pardubice branch of CEWE. When asked by the staff, the lady on the morning shift was very reluctant and rude in expressing herself. In the future, I would recommend a better approach to a customer who came up with a question to print through the CEWE application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know Czech can have rude service, but so far this shop was the worst. Find another place!! The employee would be FIRED in the US. Lady acted like a customer was an inconvenience! She was eating food, gossiping with her employee, and chatting with some man who was eating ice cream and wasn't even a customer. Once she was SO KIND as to give me her attention, she didn't even give me the options of service. The most basic, essential part of her job!! She charged me 180kc for a service I LITERALLY didn't need, and, displeased with her attitude and poor service, I went outside, took my own portrait, and she gladly charged me another 80kc with NO PROBLEM knowing I had just wasted my time to fix her mistakes. Absolutely ridiculous poor service, quality, and terrible employee not even doing her job. This lady COULD NOT have POSSIBLY been less helpful. The absolute most minimum ability at her job.
