★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spolupráce výborná. Domluva realizace - podpis smlouvy - 3.2.22, realizace hotova 19.5.22. Krásná práce, naprostá spokojenost. Komunikace s firmou i veškeré domluvy platily, jak byly domluveny. Realizace hotova během 2 dní :-)
 Excellent cooperation. Implementation agreement - contract signing - 3.2.22, implementation completed 19.5.22. Beautiful work, complete satisfaction. Communication with the company and all agreements were valid as agreed. Implementation done in 2 days :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuvěřitelně nespolehlivá firma. V září 2021 mi zpracovali nabídku na střešní FVE s tím, že instalace se dá provést ještě v listopadu 2021. V listopadu 2021 sdělili, že s ohledem na množství práce se mnou přestávají komunikovat až do konce února 2022. V půlce března po opakovaných urgencích (jednatel telefony zásadně nezvedá a na e-mail reaguje cca po deseti dnech zpravidla s tím, že byl na dovolené) mi sdělili, že o instalaci nemají zájem, jelikož chci do smlouvy promítnout údaje o záruce na panely, střídače a baterie, kterou mi na začátku slibovali (10, resp. 15 let) s tím, že jsou schopni na obojí poskytnout záruku jen 2 roky. Doporučuji se této firmě zdaleka vyhnout.

In November 2021, they said that due to the amount of work they stopped communicating with me until the end of February 2022. the executive does not pick up the phones and responds to the e-mail after about ten days, usually saying that he was on holiday) told me that they are not interested in installation, as I want to reflect in the contract information about the warranty on panels, inverters and batteries at the beginning they promised (10 or 15 years) with the proviso that they are able to provide a guarantee for both for only 2 years. I recommend avoiding this company by far.
