★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again. Thank God I only went for blow&dry. Never seen a hair salon selling products and using OTHER brand on their clients. Waited for 10mins without any apologies while at least a group of 5 staff chatting... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred by my Airbnb host and the lady who beached my hair was very thorough and did an amazing cut. However, I hate yellow, and when I shampooed my hair for the first time, it wasn’t ‘white’ anymore, it was yellow. I paid $170 for a great cut, and yellow hair. I wasnt in town long enough to go back.
Also, the price kept going up. Didn’t understand why, but quoted around 3,000ck and then 3,500ck, and finally paid 3,700ck. No idea what all I paid for.
Wouldnt go back for the price and yellow hair, but love the cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced. Stupid card policy- sometimes they dont accept cards for some services, at Chodov they accept only over 1500 czk spent. So not very modern for 2017 year..:) I did wax depilation of hands, not satisfied at all. Lots of areas were left out as I found out at home. I was couple times at Frank Provost in the center for hair coloring, it was seen that staff is not very much qualified and trained. Surely not worth going especially for this money.

The worker was kind, i showed her my reference picture of how i wanted my hair to be cut, but the haircut i got was half shorter than i showed her and even told her before we started. It Also looks very uneven. This is a hairstyle that cannot be fixed, so i sadly have to wait for it to grow out. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always had great service for the past 3 years. However take care when booking for eyebrow clean up as apparently it depends which person will do it and the price will flactuate. Always had a very lovely lady that charges 90czk and after 3 years had another lovely lady who charged 200czk.
The staff is friendly and keeps you updated.
