★ ★ ★ ★ ★ France produces around 400 different types of cheese. In this small, hidden shop in the very centre of Prague you can find around 10% of them. Moreover,there is a small corner with a couple of tables where you can take a seat and taste some selection, together with a glass of French wine (here are displayed a couple of tens of them,but you can ask for some specific label, or Cru). Considering that we are in the centre of an European capital, prices which range between 2 & 4 euros per 100 grams are absolutely acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a great variety of cheeses, loved it! You can reserve a table by calling or sending an email if you feel like sitting there with some wine, cheese and charcuterie tastings. And the price was definitely fair. 10€ each (4 of us) and we had 2 glasses of wine, one plate of meat to share and one plate of cheese + bread!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 200g of conte cheese to eat raw by grinding or cutting. While cooking risotto, when I put cheese and melted it, I found a lot of oil from the cheese. I was shocked, I went the shop and asked the store owner and said that 50% of the water and the rest was made up of casein, fat and protein. The store owner cursed me, saying he was an expert in cheese than me. Of course I admitted the fact. However I said to him if you sold me really cheese, so he was really innocent, the store owner should have calm down. Anyway I did not get a refund. Even though this is a cheese specialty store, I thought they could sell fake cheese. Trans fats and vegetable oils can be poisonous to the body. I won't eat cheese for the time being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best stopover on our day trip. Magnificent choice of cheese and Great wines. Porto was superb. Love this place. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is awesome about this place. Service (a lovely smiling lady), the wines and of course the cheese collection. I suggest you to try the Costieres de Nimes O'thentique (Grenache Syrah) by the glass, it is absolutely superb, great for those who like powerful reds like Crozes Hermitage. Prices are fair.
