Zboží bylo znovu zabaleno (původní obal od výrobce byl otevřený) a zjevně používané, poškrábané sklo, otlučené, znečištěné. Asi šlo a výrobek, který někdo vrátil ale na eshopu byl nabízen jako nový. I ordered once and unfortunately I am not satisfied. The goods were repackaged (the original packaging from the manufacturer was open) and apparently used, scratched glass, battered, soiled. I guess it worked and the product that someone returned but was offered as new on the e-shop.

Schválně nebraly telefon od kurýra vymlouvaly se že nebylo posláno na adresu i když bylo. všechny doklady k doložení mám. Prostě se jim nechce vracet peníze. Když se s nimi nedá domluvit po dobrém odeslala jsem na přešetření na ČOI. The worst deal I've ever had. Terrible behavior. When I sent the non-compliant goods back within the legal deadline. They deliberately did not pick up the phone from the courier, making excuses that it was not sent to the address even though it was. I have all the documents to prove it. They just don't want their money back. If it is impossible to agree with them, I sent to the CTIA for investigation.
M	Mirka Klučková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doručení proběhlo dobře i rychle ale tak hnusně zabalený a neochráněný balík jsem ještě nedostala. A to pracuji taky v eschopu no prostě zapracujte na tom. Delivery went well and quickly, but I have not yet received such a disgustingly packed and unprotected package. And I work in eschopu too, just work on it.

Zboží přišlo rychle, což oceňuji, avšak bez krabice, omotané kartonem a tisícem vrstev fólie. Jediný hrnek byl v pořádku, slánky nevypadaly jako ty na obrázku a létadélka byla jiné barvy a velikosti, než jsem objednal. Faktura přišla od úplně jiného dárkového obchodu... I ordered a mug, decorative salt shakers and foam planes from the suprovedarky.cz e-shop. The goods arrived quickly, which I appreciate, but without a box wrapped in cardboard and a thousand layers of foil. The only mug was fine, the salt shakers didn't look like the ones in the picture, and the planes were a different color and size than I ordered. The invoice came from a completely different gift shop ...

Poslali nám použitý tovar (masážnu pištoľ), doškriabaný displej, nefungujúce dotykové tlačidlo, zničený obal z vonku aj z vnútra. Reklamáciu online naťahovali len tým aby som im poslala video s vadou, samozrejme keď som to urobila zrazu to nevedeli prehrať. Neschopná pani na reklamáciách, komunikácia hrozná. Kuriéra na prevzatie tovaru samozrejme neboli schopní poslať a tak po zaslaní tovaru nami v zákonnej lehote peniaze vrátili, ale bez nákladov na poštovné, kt. sme vďaka ich nekvalitným službám mali. Nikdy viac!!! The worst deal I've ever had! They don't even deserve 1 star. They sent us used goods (massage gun), scratched display, non-functioning touch button, destroyed packaging from the outside and inside. They only filed a complaint online by sending them a defective video, of course, when I did it, they suddenly couldn't play it. Incompetent lady on complaints, terrible communication. The courier to take over the goods, of course, were not able to send and so after sending the goods by us within the legal period returned the money, but without the cost of postage, kt. we had thanks to their poor service. Never ever!!!

K	Kube Games on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to vůbec poprvé co dávám jakékoli firmě takto negativní hodnocení. V podstatě jde o to, že jsem si koupil zboží, které jsem poslal na reklamaci. Reklamace nebyla uznána z důvodu mechanického poškození a vrátilo se mi zpátky zboží, které bylo v mnohem horším stavu, než jak jsem ho odeslal. Ve chvíli, kdy se mi zboží vrátilo opravdu mělo mechanické "poškození". V podstatě totiž bylo zničené. Vše mám zdokumentováno (fotodokumentace i video před reklamací i po reklamaci) a také bylo vše nahlášeno na ČOI. Jak koukám na ostatní hodnocení, tak nejen že reklamace jsou u firmy denním chlebem, ale i se způsobem, jakým jsou reklamace vyřizovány, nejsem hrubě nespokojen sám. Jednoznačně nedoporučuji. This is the first time I have given any company such a negative evaluation. Basically, I bought the goods that I sent for the complaint. The complaint was not accepted due to mechanical damage and the goods were returned to me, which were in much worse condition than I sent it. The moment the goods returned to me, it really had mechanical "damage". It was basically destroyed. I have everything documented (photo documentation and video before and after the complaint) and everything was also reported to the CTIA. As I look at other evaluations, not only are complaints the daily bread of the company, but I am not grossly dissatisfied with the way complaints are handled. I definitely do not recommend.
