★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemná obsluha, většinou jsou slečny milé a ochotné poradit s výběrem, dají zmrzlinu ochutnat, samozřejmě podle délky fronty... Freshe vždy čerstvé a vynikající, prostředí čisté, nemám co vytknout.
Pleasant service, mostly ladies are nice and willing to advise on selection, give ice cream to taste, of course according to the length of the queue ... Freshe always fresh and excellent, environment clean, I have nothing to censure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pití dobrý, pokud si vezměte sebou do flasticky drink ve kterém je pěna tak je v ní polovina stavy zbytek pena. Bohužel jediné co mi vadí pokaždé jina obsluha a pokaždé stejný drin vypadá vzhledově i chuťově jinak. Chtělo by to sjednotit, aby drink chutnal a vypadal vždy stejně.

Ladies who can barely greet and still throw funny faces as if you are terribly annoying them should find a job where they will not be in contact with people :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes ve 20:35 jsem přišel ke stánku Frutisima v IGY a ačkoliv mají na webu otevírací dobu do 21:00 bylo mi slečnou řečeno že už mají dávno zavřeno. Po mě přišla další slečna a ji bylo řečeno totéž, slečna brigadnice seděla s přítelem na straně u stolu a evidentně spěchali domů, tento přístup mě velice mrzí jelikož jsem doposud fruitisimo navštěvoval pravidelně.
Today at 20:35 I came to the Frutisima stand in IGY and although they have opening hours on the website until 21:00, the young lady told me that they were closed a long time ago. Another young lady came after me and she was told the same thing, the young brigadier girl was sitting with her boyfriend on the side at the table and they were obviously in a hurry home, I am very sorry for this approach because I have visited fruitisimo regularly so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing to let you know the deplorable attitude of Fruitisimo employees. Yesterday I bought two cups of juice at Fruitisimo IGY in České Budějovice. I ordered by the numbers on the menu. The girl who took my order was very rude and impatient. I told her I’d like to order two cups of juice, which are number 5 and number 8.
It’s just two simple number. To my surprise, it seems she doesn't understand English at all. She just turned around and move away directly. She asked her colleague to take my order. The colleague took my order, but the first lady didn’t pay attention. She was chatting with her friends. She only made one cup of juice.
I told her I ordered two cups of juice. I even tried to tell her the number in CZECH language. No matter what I said, she didn’t listen or try to understand at all. She just turned around and move away, and tell her colleague to solve the problems for several times. Finally her colleague gave me the juice.
Lack skill in English is one thing, poor service attitude is another thing. Ironically, Fruitisimo always claims that smile is free, but all I got is poker face. High price juice with poor quality service. I will never waste my money again.
