★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prosil jsem v pátek 9 prosince cca kolem 14 hod paní v prodejně, že potřebuji nutně novou fotocitlivou emulzi, protože mám mnoho zakázek v předvánoční sezone. Bohužel se mi stala malá dopravní nehoda cestou z Kralup. Prosil jsem paní, že když na mě nemůže počkat chvilku po 15 hodině, aby mi alespoň emulzi a čistič vzala z firmy, že nelze, má schůzky s klienty. Ok,navrhl jsem ji, že si pro to kdykoliv a kdekoliv dojedu. Nic víc nezadam, doklady může vystavit příští týden.. Dost hrubé mě odbyla a odmítla (!) čili zboží cca za 3000 vč síťoviny - koupené nyní jinde a levněji.
Neuveritelne, dělám sitotisk víc než 10 let a nikdy jsem nešetřil časem pokud šlo o to vyhovět a potěšit klienta a tim i sebe.. Naštěstí jsem si mohl zakoupit všechny potřeby... i navíc v klidu další sitovinu.. ještě ten den a dokonce v 17 hod (pátek!) v Sdružení výtvarníků Výtoň, za velice příjemné ceny a popovídat bajecne o životě s velmi přátelským majitelem, což doporučuji misto psychiatra po vystavení takových těžkých stresu ze strany firmy Frydl sro, které doporučuji, aby misto té úžasné paní instaloval nějakého nelidskeho prodejního robota.
Další firma Sitaservis zavírá dokonce v 14 hodin.. Z jiných firem mimo Prahu lze zboží obdržet kurýrem až nejdříve v úterý, čili po funuse.. :-D
On Friday, December 9, I asked the lady in the store around 2 pm that I really needed a new photosensitive emulsion, because I have many orders in the pre-Christmas season. Unfortunately, I had a small car accident on the way from Kralupy. I asked the lady that if she couldn't wait for me for a while after 3 pm to at least take my emulsion and cleaner from the company, she couldn't, she had appointments with clients. Ok, I suggested I go for it anytime, anywhere. I will not enter anything more, she can issue documents next week. She dismissed me quite roughly and refused (!) Or goods for about 3000 incl. Netting - bought now elsewhere and cheaper.
Unbelievably, I have been doing screen printing for more than 10 years and I have never saved time when it came to satisfying and pleasing the client and thus myself .. Fortunately, I was able to buy all the necessities ... even more calm netting .. that day and even at 5 pm (Friday!) in the Výtoň Artists' Association, for very pleasant prices and to talk wonderfully about life with a very friendly owner, which I recommend as a psychiatrist after being exposed to such severe stress by Frydl sro, which I recommend to install instead of the amazing lady some inhuman sales robot.
Another company, Sitaservis, closes even at 2 pm. From other companies outside Prague, goods can be received by courier at the earliest on Tuesdays, ie after funus .. :-D
