★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochota odpovedať na emailové otázky. Najprv zavádzajú že tovar bude doskladnený do týždňa, ja to teda každý deň sledujem celý mesiac a potom sa ani neunuvaju odpísať na email. Načo niečo predávajú keď nič nieje skladom!!!
Reluctance to answer email questions. First, they introduce that the goods will be in stock within a week, so I follow it every day for a whole month and then they don't even want to write to the email. Why sell something when nothing is in stock !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po přečtení jedné z recenzí musím oponovat. Psal jsem dotaz v mailu ohledně doskladnění určitého druhu oblečení i přes to, že jsem přehlédl informace o naskladnění na ig. Odpověď přišla téměř ihned ve formě milého dodání informací. Za mě zatím komuikace se zákazníkem super.
After reading one of the reviews, I have to oppose. I wrote a question in an e-mail about the storage of a certain type of clothing, despite the fact that I overlooked the information about storage on ig. The answer came almost immediately in the form of a nice delivery of information. So far, the communication with the customer is great for me.
