Upper scale. You pay for what you get. Cash only. Decor is simple and elegant. European pop music playing in the background. Self seating.
Unresponsive waiter, if you want something you have to get it yourself or get their attention multiple times.
The soy sauce (which you pay extra for) is more like gravy.
