★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K panu Bílkovi jsem šla na doporučení rodiny v těhotenství s akutní bolestí zad. Choval se velmi arogantně, řekl mi, co se mnou má jako dělat, když jsem těhotná. Požádala jsem ho o nějaké uvolňující cviky a on se mě zeptal, jako k čemu je chci, když stejně nebudu cvičit. Videl mě poprvé. Nakonec mi pár cviků ukázal, vyúčtoval si peníze a to bylo vše. Opravdu nechápu takový přístup a určitě nedoporučuji.
I went to Mr Bílek for a family recommendation in pregnancy with acute back pain. He was very arrogant, he told me what to do with me when I was pregnant. I asked him for some relaxing exercises, and he asked me what I wanted them to do when I didn't practice anyway. He saw me for the first time. In the end, he showed me some exercises, he charged the money and that was all. I really do not understand such an approach and I certainly do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštěvovala jsem pana Bílka a vřele doporučuji. Jde po příčině a nesnaží se jen odstranit bolest. Pomohl mi objevit špatné pohybové vzorce a postupně je napravit a tím se zbavit bolestí. Zlepšilo se mi postavení těla a povědomí o tom, jak funguje při sportu. Prostory jsou čisté a příjemné, cena adekvátní.
I visited Mr. Bílek and I highly recommend. It goes after the cause and does not just try to remove the pain. He helped me discover the wrong movement patterns and gradually correct them and get rid of the pain. I have improved my body posture and awareness of how it works in sports. The premises are clean and pleasant, the price adequate.
