Many thanks to physiotherapist Katarína Luptáková for a great approach. Her expertise at a high level. I highly recommend this center.
B	Bob Sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V lednu jsem se na recepci objednal s bolavým ramenem. V únoru jsem byl na vyšetření ramene u pana doktora Vlacha. Měl jsem sebou dřívější lékařské zprávy a CD z magnetické rezonance. Netvrdím, že by se mi pan doktor nevěnoval, ale ve zprávě opomenul uvést, že mám kompletní rupturu m.supraspinatus, což po úvaze považuji za vážný nedostatek. Oceňuji, že mi pan pan doktor otevřeně řekl, že ramena nejsou jeho specializace a odkázal mne na MUDr.Kautznera. Očekával jsem, že dostanu nějaké rady týkající se rehabilitace, nebo budu přeposlán na fyzioterapii, ale byl jsem poslám pouze do pokladny, abych zaplatil 2.200Kč s tím, že návštěva u jiného orthopeda je považována za první návštěvu ambulance, protože je to jiný doktor a že to bude zase za 2.200Kč. Tak nevím ... MC In January, I ordered a sore shoulder at the front desk. In February I went to Dr. Vlach's shoulder examination. I had earlier medical reports and a CD of magnetic resonance imaging. I am not arguing that the doctor did not address me, but he failed to mention in the report, that I have a complete rupture of m.supraspinatus, which I consider to be a serious deficiency. I appreciate the fact that the Doctor has openly told me that his shoulders are not his specialty and he referred me to MUDr.Kautzner. I expected to get some advice about rehabilitation or to be forwarded to physiotherapy, but he was I only send to the cash register to pay 2.200CZK, saying that a visit to another orthopedist is considered as the first ambulance visit, because it is another doctor and that it will be again 2.200CZK. Well, I do not know ... MC
M	Michal Mišek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zoufalé, slečny na recepci místo komunikace s klienty odseknou že nemají čas a počítají peníze, objedncí lhůza na sono vyšetření přes 3 týdny za to co si účtují nehorázné....Byli jsme tam 2 roky a končíme! desperately, the ladies at the reception instead of communicating with clients say that they don't have time and count money, the order deadline for sono examinations is over 3 weeks for what they charge outrageous .... We have been there for 2 years and we're done!
S	Sileny Kralik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní, přístup placený (soukromé zařízení), ale s masivně vyhřeznutou ploténkou, kdy jsem se skoro nemohl hýbat, si poradili rehabilitacemi a cvičením super. Za tři měsíce OK, teď udržovací cvičení. Paráda. Perfect, paid access (private facility), but with a massively cut out plate, when I could hardly move, they managed to get rehabilitation and exercise super. In three months, OK, now maintenance exercises. Great.
o	ondřej brothánek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem velice zklamán, že klinika, která nese tak honosné jméno pana Koláře, ke kterému mám neskutečný respekt, je tak neschopná ve v komunikaci, konkrétně s doktorem Kautznerem.( Z Google reviews evidentně nejsem první, tak na tom něco bude) Za 15 minutovou úvodní prohlídku, kde se 10 minut strávilo sepisováním zprávy, jsem zde nechal 2000,- Byla mi naplánována operace ramene, s tím, že pokud budu mít jakékoliv dotazy, mohu se na kliniku kdykoliv obrátit. Což jsem také pár dní po vyšetření udělal, když jsem se rozmýšlel, zda operaci vůbec bude nutné podstoupit a zdali by nebyla možná druhá nabízená cesta- rehabilitace. (Napsal jsem email se žádostí o přeposlání panu Kautznerovi) Po měsíci dožadovaní se odpovědi od pana Kautznera mi přišel email, s termínem operace... S tím, že pokud chci něco konzultovat s panem doktorem, ať si znovu naplanuji konzultaci za 2000,- :) Promiňte, ale tohle jednání mi přijde naprosto nevhodné a budu se dožadovat vrácení peněz. I was very disappointed that the clinic, which bears such a flashy name of Mr. Kolář, to whom I have an incredible respect, is so incompetent in communication, specifically with Dr. Kautzner. For the 15-minute introductory tour, where 10 minutes were spent writing the report, I left 2000, - I had a shoulder surgery scheduled, with the proviso that if I have any questions, I can contact the clinic at any time. Which I also did a few days after the examination, when I was considering whether it would be necessary to undergo the operation at all and whether the second offered path - rehabilitation - would not be possible. (I wrote an email asking Mr Kautzner to forward it) After a month of requesting an answer from Mr. Kautzner, I received an email with the date of the operation ... With the proviso that if I want to consult something with the doctor, let me plan a consultation again for 2000, - :) I'm sorry, but this action seems completely inappropriate to me and I will demand a refund.
V	Veronika Stastkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po týdnu nesnesitelnych bolesti jsem se doplazila k MUDr. Maršálkove. Až tady mi konečně pomohli a přístup od recepce, přes sestřičky a paní doktorku si nemohu vynachválit!!! After a week of excruciating pain, I crawled to MUDr. Marshals. Only here they finally helped me and I can't praise the approach from the reception, through the nurses and the doctor !!!
A	Ahmed Fwaze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally awesome experience. I went there for the therapy of my mom who has been suffering, for years, from difficulty in walking. Her primary problem was ligament and knee cartilage tears. I started the arrangement via emails and the receptionist (Krystina) always replied in real times and provided all the details we wanted. We then took the step and travelled to prague. They made an arrangement for us to see a doctor (Dr Frey), who diagnosed a back problem. Something that was not given attention back home despite seeing many specialists. After that the sessions for physiotherapy started with Barbora, a very professional physiotherapist. Her physiotherapy sessions made tremendous difference to mom's condition. I highly recommend her. Overall I'm very happy with our experience with centrum pohybove medicine.
