Oksana is a stylist, she was very cute and went into position and recorded in a cramped window when I arrived without recording! I managed to get a haircut and I am satisfied with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 лет хранила верность этой парикмахерской и очень часто замечала маленькие недочеты, то волосы обрежут сильнее, то наоборот меньше, то промелируют меньше, то краску передержат. В последний раз вообще протонировали другим цветом, хотя я сразу сказала какой хочу результат, точно такой же как мне делали у них же в прошлый раз! Цена на тонирование тоже оказалась выше, чем та что мне говорили. Очень не приятно это писать, ведь я ходила к мастерам ещё до открытия именно этого салона.
Наверное это был мой последний раз в этом салоне
She remained faithful to this hairdressing salon for 6 years and very often noticed small flaws, then her hair will be cut more severely, then it will be cut less, then it will be cut out less, then the paint will be overdone. The last time was generally protonated in a different color, although I immediately said what I want the result, exactly the same as they did to me last time! The price of tinting was also higher than what I was told. It is not pleasant to write this, because I went to the masters even before the opening of this particular salon.
This was probably my last time in this salon.

Рекомендую также парикмахерские услуги от мастера Сергея ( изумительный мастер, индивидуальный подход к каждому клиенту, модные стрижки, окрашивание любой сложности). Из этого салона выходишь по-настоящему красивой и стильной! Загляните- не пожалеете! Высокие стандарты обслуживания!!!?♀️?
A wonderful place - a pleasant environment? where you can do any beauty treatments, manicure, pedicure, massage from relaxing to sports. I also recommend hairdressing services from master Sergei (an amazing master, an individual approach to each client, fashionable haircuts, coloring of any complexity). You leave this salon really beautiful and stylish! Take a look - you will not regret it! High standards of service !!! ?♀️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot express how disappointed I am with the treatment I got today. I had my hair cut by Sergei in the past and I was very satisfied, but I will not be going back.
I had my appointment last week, went there and realized I can’t pay by card. I told Sergei I will just go to the ATM and I came back in 10 minutes. I was running like crazy, so he wouldn’t have to wait for me. But when I came back the salon was locked and he was not there! I was told that he didn’t understand me well, so I gave him another chance and book an appointment for today. I came even 5 minutes earlier and he wasn’t there. I tried calling but he was unavailable. The only response I got on Instagram was: “I can’t reach him, I’m sorry”. That’s it for blowing me off twice?! So unprofessional and disrespectful. I am very disappointed by this approach and I do not recommend going here!
