★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Небольшая галерея при факультете искусства и дизайна западо чешского университета(fduls zču), с регулярно меняющейся экспозицией. Зачастую здесь можно видеть работы как учителей так и самих студентов, а так же другие тематические выставки. Приятное хорошо освещеннное пространство, и кураторы всегда готовые рассказать подробнее о выставленных работах и о их авторах. Рекомендую следить за событиями и попасть именно на вернисаж.
A small gallery at the faculty of art and design west of the Czech university (fduls zču), with a regularly changing exposition. Often here you can see the work of both teachers and students themselves, as well as other thematic exhibitions. A pleasant well-lit space, and curators are always ready to tell more about the exhibited works and their authors. I recommend to follow the events and get on the opening day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otevírací doba o Vánočních svátcích je jeden velký problém. Jel jsem až z Prahy a galerie byla zavřená (sobota 29.12. cca 11h dopoledne). Na stránkách ani na dveřích galerie nebyla žádná informace o jejím zavření. Pokud institut chce mít "prodloužené" Vánoce, ať o tom příště laskavě zpraví veřejnost, jde přeci jen o nejznámější galerii v Plzni a ne o soukromý podnik. Děkuji za pochopení!
Opening hours on the Christmas holidays is one big problem. I drove from Prague and the gallery was closed (Saturday, December 29, about 11 am). There was no information on its closure on the gallery's website or door. If the institute wants to have an "extended" Christmas, let the public kindly inform about it next time, it is still the most famous gallery in Pilsen and not a private company. Thank you for understanding!
