Obsluha se snaží rychle řešit potřebné úkony s ochotou a vstřícností, sortiment je nápaditě koncipován, kuchyně nese znaky zkušeného přístupu. Například dnešní paprikovy lusk nebyl naplněn mnohdy jen falšovanou masou plnou rýže, jaké známe v mnoha jiných provozovnach, nýbrž naopak poctivým a chutnym masitym obsahem. Kynute knedlíky byly dokonale nadychane a omáčka nenesla znaky nechutenství. Výborná porce byla velká. Stejnou spokojenost vyjádřili i další oslovení hosté i o jiných jidlech. Zatímco v centru Hlinska provozovny upadaji a dokonce zanikají, o této restauraci lze konstatovat jen chválu. For example, today's paprika pod was often filled not only with adulterated meat full of rice, as we know in many other establishments, but on the contrary with honest and tasty meat content. The leavened dumplings were perfectly fluffy and the sauce showed no signs of anorexia. The excellent portion was large. The same satisfaction was expressed by other addressed guests about other dishes. While in the center of Hlinsko, establishments are declining and even disappearing, there is only praise for this restaurant.
