Na telefonu příjemní, přijede tam, nekoupils tady,táhni. 70 km najetých zbytečně, jenom aby mi řekli,ze pan na telefonu asi není informován.??už nikdy. Asi oblastní ředitel, pro kterého by bylo stoupnout si za kasu ponížení. Potom co jsem se po dni zkoušení konečně dovolal pan na telefonu mi sdělil že si mam napsat na prodejnu on děla eshop a v žádném případě mi nemůže pomoct! Z prodejny odpověď přišla až za několik dní, mezitím mi lanko stihlo přijí z druhého konce republiky. Nikdy víc.... I asked for a cable to drive the mower. The store cannot be called! After I finally called after a day of rehearsals, Mr. told me on the phone that I should write an e-shop for the store and he can't help me in any way! The answer came from the store only a few days later, in the meantime the cable managed to arrive from the other end of the republic. Never more....

Hned po příchodu, dostanete tu správnou "facku" pohledem prodávajícího, že jej neskutečně obtěžujete. A pokud tady toto všechno polknete a přece jen si zde něco koupíte, rozhodně není vhodné,zde zakoupené zboží reklamovat!!! To potom přijde druhá a bohužel teď už pořádná facka!!! Nikdo se tady s vámi nebaví- prodávající jak jeden tak druhý je arogantní s notnou dávku sarkasmu!!! To, co jsem zde zažil jako zákazník,bych opravdu nikomu nepřál. Bohužel po pár informacích o tomto obchodě jsem zjistil že že nejsem jediný. Už nikdy více!!!! Reaguji na vaši obhajobu, co se týče mojí recenze. Ještě štěstí, že jsem byl zde se svědkem. Protože v opačném případě věřím, že jste schopni tvrdit, že jsem plazmovou řezačku koupil snad jinde. Tak a teď k vašemu tvrzení, že jsem použil plazmovou řezačku bez trysky. Nevím, co jste za odborníka na tyto stroje, ale pokud je mi známo, tak by bez trysky tento stroj nešel použít. Tak a teď se dostáváme k jádru problému s vaší slavnou prodejnou!!! Při reklamaci byla plazmová řezačka převzata kompletní, ale po zamítnutí už kompletní nebyla. Tak kde je problém?!!! Jestliže se vyhnout nějakému obchodu, tak právě tomuto!!! Stačí si přečíst recenze na reklamace u vás!!!! Too bad it can't be given 0 stars. The worst shopping experience of my life. I respond to your defense regarding my review. Luckily I was here with a witness. Because otherwise I believe you can claim that I bought a plasma cutter elsewhere. So now to your claim that I used a plasma cutter without a nozzle. I don't know what an expert you are at these machines, but as far as I know, this machine wouldn't work without a nozzle. So now we come to the heart of the problem with your famous store !!! During the complaint, the plasma cutter was taken over completely, but after the rejection it was no longer complete. So where is the problem?!!! If you avoid some business, then this one !!! Just read the reviews on complaints from you !!!!
M	Marek Čečotka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeden z nejhorších zážitků co se týče nakupování online. Obloukem se tomuto eshopu vyhněte a hlavně jim nikdy nic neplaťte předem. Objednal jsem si tlakovou čističku. V době objednání eshop avizoval, že má 2ks skladem. Zaslali mi zálohovou fakturu a po jejím zaplacení se přiznali, že je skladem nemají a musí se na ně dva měsíce čekat. I když sami dobře ví, že se na ně čeká takovovu dobu, tak na svém eshopu stále avizují, že je naskladní do tří dnů, přestože v emailu Vám bez výčitek napíšou, že je to až za měsíc. Další věc je naprosto arogantní a otřesná komunikace ze strany objednávek, kdy Vám vpodstatě oznámí, že za to vůbec nemůžou, ale může za to třetí strana. Jistě, s dodávkami má dnes problémy téměř každý eshop, ale málokterý bez výčitek inzeruje, že danou věc má, i když opak je pravdou, a ještě si za ní nechá zaplatit. Another thing is absolutely arrogant and appalling communication from the orders, when they basically inform you that they are not to blame at all, but a third party is to blame. Of course, almost every e-shop has problems with deliveries today, but few people without remorse advertise that they have the thing, even if the opposite is true, and they still have to pay for it.
