There was a small problem with the deposit notification when delivering the package via the Mailbox, but this is not the fault of the GAS-TM company / store. I recommend a shop with a clear conscience.

We worked with the company for a long time, it was never a problem, the employees were always helpful and helpful. Complaints went well, everything was great. Recently, however, they changed the boiler, broke through the wall and installed the boiler so that it dripped from the control valve, we were told that it was not an installation error, but that it was a boiler error, the called boiler service technician told us that it was a faulty boiler installation. and everything about the boiler is absolutely fine. Among other things, he wondered about the unusually high amount for installation. The most suitable solution proposed by the GAS company was the installation of an expansion tank so that the pressure relief valve would stop dripping. As soon as we left, we found out that during the previous installation of the boiler, they had drilled through the wall into the kitchen, where two 8 cm holes were created, which they did not even point out to us. After informing the owner about the state of affairs, the owner first addressed the strength of the wall (on which hangs the entire line, no one ever drilled there, even during the installation of the original boiler, which was twice as big) so far, not a single apology for the damage. The owner promised to deduct CZK 1,000 from the last invoice for the expansion tank. The invoice for the expansion tank was originally CZK 3,176.98 (including the discount for the regular customer) in the newly issued invoice, however, they canceled the discount for the regular customer and taxed the CZK 1,000 discount for the damage caused, so the final invoice was CZK 2,529.98. So the final discount for a broken wall without an apology is 647 CZK. It's not even about the 353 CZK, but about the principle that instead of apologizing and repairing the damage, the company will be sorry to forgive the stupid 300 CZK, if it definitely did not lose the whole event.
