★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla bych moc pochválit vstřícnost a rychlost, adekvátní cena . Prostě vše jak má být. Oprava kotele u velmi starého člověka 87 let (mého otce, který bydlí 200 km ode mně) v době mrazů, proběhla vlastně hned. Jsem vděčná a moc moc chválím za vstřícnost a hlavně pochopení !!!!!!!!! maximální vstřícnost i všech ve firmě... !!!!!
I would like to commend the helpfulness and speed, the adequate price. Just everything as it should be. The repair of the boiler at a very old man of 87 years (my father, who lives 200 km from me) during the frost, actually took place immediately. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativně drahý servis kotlů značky Junkers, přesto pan vedoucí ochotný poradit a pomoct s nastavením kotle a vytápěním, za to palec nahoru. Opakem je však paní na telefonu, které se dovoláte v případě objednání servisu.
Relatively expensive service of Junkers boilers, nevertheless the manager is willing to advise and help with the setting of the boiler and heating, for that thumbs up. However, the opposite is the lady on the phone, which you will call when ordering service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla jsem se podělit o velmi příjemnou zkušenost s touto firmou. Ač neměli kapacitu, tak mi velmi vstřícně poradili po telefonu a nabídli pomoc v nouzi, kdybych ji případně potřebovala. Neměla jsem příležitost s nimi osobně jednat, protože jsem potřebovala najít firmu na dlouhodobou spolupráci, což je škoda. Jsou to evidentně slušní empatičtí lidé. Přeji mnoho úspěchů
