D	Daniel Antonín on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Roman Horný má velmi arogantní přístup k pacientovi, nezájem o pacientův zdravotní stav a rozhodně není vhodným člověkem pro práci kterou vykonává. Vzhledem k závažnosti zdravotních obtíží, které se v gastroenterologii řeší, si troufnu tvrdit že je tento pán svým přístupem vyloženě životu nebezpečný. Byl jsem u něj na transnasální gastroskopii a vzhledem k jeho laxnímu přístupu k následné léčbě, jsem docházení k němu byl nucen ukončit. Zbytečná ztráta několika měsíců, během kterých jsem se mohl léčit jinde! Mr. Roman Horny has a very arrogant approach to the patient, disinterest in the patient's health and is certainly not a good person for the work he does. Given the seriousness of the health problems that are being solved in gastroenterology, I dare say that this gentleman is downright dangerous to life. I was on transnasal gastroscopy and due to his lax approach to subsequent treatment, I was forced to stop. Unnecessary loss of several months during which I could heal elsewhere!
L	Lucie Schreiberova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor je velice milý a usměvavý. Gastroskopie je sice nepříjemná, ale prostředí v ambulanci to usnadní :). Nechápu ty negativní hodnocení tady, 10 let jsem chodila jinam a do nekonečna brala antibiotika a pak jsem šla k panu doktorovi Hornému, který můj problém začal řešit mnohem efektivněji. Mohu jen doporučit :) The doctor is very kind and smiling. Gastroscopy is unpleasant, but the environment in the outpatient clinic will make it easier :). I don't understand the negative reviews here, I went elsewhere for 10 years and took antibiotics indefinitely, and then I went to see Dr. Horný, who started to solve my problem much more effectively. I can only recommend :)
P	Petr Coufal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní katastrofa. Pan doktor mě velmi zběžně vyslechl a rovnou mi začal nabízet léky které měl již připravené v ordinaci - evidentní reklamní prodej. Pak mě poslal ve stejné budově na nábor testů, po týdnu mé výsledky údajně ještě neměl k dispozici načež laboratoř mi po telefonu řekla že moje výledky již dávno mají a sestřička po mém dalším telefonátu výsledky zázračně "našla". Další termín konzultace se pro mě již nenašel a od té doby jsem se týden nedovolal. Pak jsem si zjednal další konzultaci a byl jsem poslán na další náběr do laboratoře, který byl po dalším týdnu opět negativní avšak moje potíže - na které mi pan doktor doporučil pouze Smectu - stále setrvávaly. Dále mi pan doktor řekl prostřednictvím sestřičky vzkázal že mě již léčit nebude protože "nedodržuji jeho léčebný postup". Nic takového jsem v životě nezažil a doufám že už nezažiju. Vyšetření mě stále dva tisíce korun a měsíc mého života. Absolute disaster. The doctor listened to me very briefly and immediately began offering me the medicines he had already prepared in his office - an obvious advertising sale. Then he sent me in the same building to recruit tests, after a week my results were reportedly not yet available, and the lab told me over the phone that my results had long ago and my nurse miraculously "found" the results after my next phone call. There was no other date for the consultation and I haven't reached the week since. Then I arranged for another consultation and was sent to the next lab, which was negative again after another week but my problems - for which the doctor only recommended me to Smecta - still persisted. Furthermore, the doctor told me through the nurse that he would not treat me anymore because "I do not follow his treatment". I haven't experienced anything like this in my life and I hope I won't. Examination kept me two thousand crowns and a month of my life.
P	Pavlína Houšová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po přečtení recenzí, jsem šla se zděšením k panu doktorovi na dlouho objednanou gastroskopii. Pan doktor na mě působil sice rázně, ale v žádném případě nebyl arogantní a vše mi v klidu vysvětlil. Žádné léky ani doplňky stravy mi nenutil. Naopak mi předepsal léky, které běžně beru a ještě mi nabídl alternativu bez příplatku. Pouze mám jednu připomínku ke gastroskopickému vyšetření nosem, které se připlácí. Znecitlivující látka, která se stříká před vyšetřením do krku, by se měla stříknout i do nosu. Vyšetření se dá přežít, ale cesta endoskopu přes nos je docela nepříjemná a z celého vyšetření asi nejhorší. Z doslechu vím, že některá zdravotnická zařízení při tomto způsobu vyšetření znecitlivují i nos. Každopádně se to dá vydržet. After reading the reviews, I went in dismay to the doctor for a long-ordered gastroscopy. The doctor seemed strong on me, but by no means was he arrogant and explained everything to me. He didn't force any drugs or supplements. On the contrary, he prescribed me the drugs I normally take and offered me an alternative at no extra charge. I only have one comment on the gastroscopic examination of the nose, which is paid extra. An anesthetic that is sprayed into the neck prior to examination should also be sprayed into the nose. The examination can be survived, but the endoscope path through the nose is quite unpleasant and probably the worst of the whole examination. I hear from hearing that some medical facilities also numb the nose during this type of examination. Anyway, it can stand.
M	Michal Kortus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektni a profesionalni jednani. Vysetreni sice neprijemne, ale zvladnout se da. Behem zakroku mi bylo vse vysvetleno, vse jsem mohl sledovat na monitoru. Prostredi bylo celkove velmi prijemne. Pan doktor byl mily, stejne tak sestricky. Doporucuji. Perfect and professional conduct. The examination is unpleasant, but you can handle it. During the procedure, everything was explained to me, I could watch everything on the monitor. The environment was generally very pleasant. The doctor was nice, as was the nurse. I recommend.

Mám srovnání s jiným lékařem a pokud bych gastroskopii někdy znovu potřebovala, tak půjdu opět k panu doktorovi Hornému. Great approach, the doctor explained everything, the nurse calmed down wonderfully during the examination. I have a comparison with another doctor, and if I ever need gastroscopy again, I will go to Dr. Horný again.

And she said I don't have appointment and she hang up on me. So rude!! She asks for my name and I tell hel my name and she says I don't understand you and hang up! Very confusing, unpleasant disappointing experience. Especially after over a month of waiting!
