Doktorka se nesnaží přijít s jinou, přijatelnější metodou. Outdated method with uncertain result. Drink 4 liters of nasty fluids, containing a substance harmful to the body, before the examination is beyond human performance! The doctor is not trying to come up with another, more acceptable method.

Nechali by cloveka zemrit na rakovinu tlusteho streva s naprosto klidnym svedomim. Incredibly poor communication with the nurse, waiting time 4-5 months, I do not respond to the interpretation recommended by the doctor for emergency treatment. They would let a person die of colon cancer with a perfectly calm conscience.
M	Martin Urubek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednával jsem se na na pobočku Purkyňova. Sestřička ode mě obdržela email, kde jsem popsal svoji situaci a vyžádal si vyšetření u doktorky Valouškové. Následně jsme měli telefonický hovor ohledně onoho emailu, kde jsem svoji situaci zopakoval a vyžádal si vyšetření u paní Valouškové. Sestřička mě objednala hned na brzký termín s tím, že ji někdo zrovna vypadl. Po příchodu mi sestřička ale oznámila, že nejsem objednaný k paní Valouškové, ale k nějakému doktorovi. Protože mi byla doporučena pouze paní Valoušková, odmítl jsem jít na vyšetření u pana doktora. Sestřička ale byla neuvěřitelně arogantní. Ani se nemluvila a místo toho opakovala, že jsem se já špatně objednal (i přes jasně napsaný email). Protože jsem měl jet na lačno, tak jsem celý večer a další ráno nic nejedl, potom strávil 45 minut cestou přes celé Brno abych si poslech arogantní sestru, že jsem se špatně objednal a jel zase 45m zpátky. Tato ambulance má vyhlášené doktory a vzhledem k povaze dělaných vyšetření je pochopení pacientů důležité. Proto nechápu, jak taková ambulance může někoho takového zaměstnávat... I ordered from the Purkynov branch. The nurse received an email from me, where I described my situation and requested an examination from Dr. Valoušková. Subsequently, we had a phone call about the email where I repeated my situation and requested an examination from Mrs. Valoušková. The nurse ordered me for an early date, saying that someone had just dropped her out. Upon arrival, however, the nurse informed me that I was not commissioned from Mrs. Valoušková, but from a doctor. Because only Mrs. Valoušková was recommended to me, I refused to go for an examination at the doctor's. But the sister was incredibly arrogant. She didn't even speak and instead repeated that I had made a bad order (despite a clearly written email). Because I was supposed to go on an empty stomach, I didn't eat anything all evening and the next morning, then spent 45 minutes on my way through the whole of Brno to listen to my arrogant sister, that I had a bad order and drove 45m back again. This clinic has renowned doctors and due to the nature of the examinations performed, the understanding of patients is important. That's why I don't understand how such an ambulance can employ someone like that ...

A	AlMotasem Bellah Younis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am currently based in Brno for work at the university, I have a health issue, and i have been recoomended to contact this clinic several times for an emergency, Simply the hanged the phone when i tried to speak English, plus very inconvenience way of speak and conduct ( they repeat the same sentence many times, and then they hang the phone ) I sent them an email in (the Czech language was written by my friend) they didn't answer the email, I don't know what to do i have an emergency and i can't believe that i am living in a very advanced EU country that supposes to respect the human rights and especially the health of the people on its soil. i strongly not recommend this place for any other expat or foreigners, please find some other place or try to contact a hospital, this place has no values of respect for others.
