★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvakrát jsem se byl optat na výpustný ventil k termosu. Poprvé mi bylo řečeno, že jej zrovna vyprodali a že musím počkat měsíc nebo dva až přijde další kontejner se zbožím. Dal jsem kontakt a bylo mi slíbeno, že se mi ozvou. Přišel sem osobně po 3 měsících a pán mi řekl úplně to stejné. Zrovna jsem prodal poslední, dejte mi kontakt a my se Vám ozveme. Nikdo se už neozval... Hrůza...
 I was twice asked about the thermos drain valve. I was first told that it had just been sold out and that I had to wait a month or two for another container of goods to arrive. I made contact and was promised that they would contact me. He came here in person after 3 months and the gentleman told me exactly the same thing. I just sold the last one, give me a contact and we will get back to you. Nobody answered ... Horror ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální přístup, nedodržení domluvy termínu opravy při reklamaci, odešlete výrobek v originální krabici a oni vám zpět zašlou krabici neoriginální plnou polystyrenu se závadou, která před odesláním na reklamaci na výrobku nebyla. A místo slušného řešení jen lži a lži.
Rozhodně doporučit nemohu.
