★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In urma unei comenzi la dumnealor, au ajuns cateva produse sparte din cauza modului de ambalare sau a manipularii, oricum, din vina magazinului sau a transportatorului. La solicitarea inlocuirii produselor sparte, am trimis poze si filmulete cu produsele si ambalajele lor originale. Raspunsul magazinului a fost ca nu vor inlocui produsele deoarece nu pot imputa curierului plata, deoarece trebuiau poze si cu ambalajul in care au fost puse individual toate produsele ambalate deja. In consecinta, desi vinovati au fost magazinul sau firma de curierat, paguba am platit-o eu.
Following an order to the men, some broken products arrived due to the packaging or the handling, anyway, because of the store or the carrier. At the request of the replacement of the broken products, we sent pictures and videos with their original products and packaging. The answer of the store was that they will not replace the products because they cannot impute to the courier the payment, because they had pictures and with the packaging in which all the already packaged products were individually placed. Consequently, although the culprit was his shop or courier company, I paid the damage.
