We were not accommodated, but we went to dinner. If we could go back in time, I would never make the same mistake a second time. The staff was crazy, the guy probably saw himself somewhere at the party on Friday night. We had worms and flies in our food, we only got a fleeting apology, I'll say in the kitchen. Then he avoided our table and we waited for payment for a very long time, even though it was half empty there. We paid for the worm, without a single compensation. I highly recommend it to ruin your day.

Perfect location, nice apartments including parking space. Surroundings maintained, rooms clean. We were at the end of May, so there weren't many people in the area. It will probably be noisier during the season. Breakfast good, solid selection, sufficient quantity. The only thing I would point out is the approach of the restaurant staff. Laxial, slow, reluctant. It takes a long time to wait for food; if you just drink, you wait too. It's strange with a half-empty restaurant. We were a big group and left a lot of money there. Too bad the restaurant operator doesn't consider it important .....

The stay here was purely below average, if we were to vote again, we would definitely go elsewhere. Pros: - nice beach, camp as such, lots of activities / drinks / meals - a capable and helpful young lady at the reception, with whom there was no problem to arrange - nice surroundings, pension Kormorán with great service and pizza within walking distance, near the river Dyje Cons: - non-professional, young staff (probably teenagers on a part-time job) with little interest in making their employer feel comfortable with their employer and at least a little thought about coming again - the rooms (we had a quadruple on top) tidy so half - you can't talk about the radiant cleanliness, the shower was flowing, no one had cleaned under the smaller sofa for a very long time - incomprehensible check-out until 9:00 although the reception is open from 9:00 and breakfast is until 10:00 - poorly washed cutlery in the restaurant for breakfast and poorly washed all dishes in the room - breakfast - below average. In the middle (opening hours - from 08:00 to 10:00) the counter with sausage was half empty, the counter with vegetables was empty 3/4 and scrambled eggs in the style of who will scratch. The mistake was not in the lack of food (eggs were added on request), but probably in the fact that no one regularly checked the amount of food offered. - We asked in advance for gluten-free pastries for breakfast for one person for the entire stay. Subsequently, however, there were only puffed rice sandwiches (which cannot be eaten with scrambled eggs / ham) and poorly classified (as gluten-free) Knäcke-Brot. We alerted the young lady at the reception of the boarding house to this on the first day of her stay, but the situation did not change on the second day and our next question was told that it was not possible to import something else from the bakery by the supplier on the weekend. That one of the staff took the opportunity, got in the car / by bike / on foot and solved this mistake in the form of a one-time purchase of normal sugar-free pastries in the nearest supermarket, notabene at the price of breakfast 190 CZK / person / day, it was unfortunately a utopia. In addition, Knäcke-Brot remained poorly classified throughout our stay.
