★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pergolu jsme měli do 4 týdnů. S delší dodací lhůtou jsme počítali, pán je v sezóně dost zaneprázdněný a uvádí to i na stránkách. Dovezl nám stavebnici vlastní dodávkou s vlekem. Postavení nebyl problém. Děkujeme.
We had Pergola within 4 weeks. We expected a longer delivery time, the gentleman is quite busy during the season and he states this on the website. He brought us the kit with his own van with a lift. Standing was not a problem. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při objednávce pergoly 12.dubna 2018 mi byl slíben termín dodání do 2-3 týdnů (s tím, že žádné odchylky od nabízeného řešení nejsou možné, protože to již mají nařezáno v balících a mají plný dvůr těchto pergol). V polovině května mi bylo řečeno, že dodávka bude do měsíce, v polovině června, že za 2 týdny, po tomto termínu pořád sliby, že dodávka bude za 2 týdny a to až dodnes (28.7.2018). Objednávku ruším, protože termín dodání není ani po tolika měsících jasný a po celou dobu ze strany firmy Výšinka nebyla žádná aktivita se omluvit před kterýmkoliv ze slíbených termínů, že nebude dodržen - pořád kontaktuji já je po slíbeném termínu … (doufám, že po mně nebude požadován žádný storno poplatek).
When ordering the pergola on April 12, 2018, I was promised a delivery time of 2-3 weeks (with the proviso that no deviations from the offered solution are possible, because they already have it cut in packages and have a full yard of these pergolas). In mid-May I was told that the delivery will be within a month, in mid-June that in 2 weeks, after this deadline still promises that the delivery will be in 2 weeks to this day (July 28, 2018). I cancel the order because the delivery date is not clear even after so many months and for the whole time on the part of the company Výšinka there was no activity to apologize before any of the promised dates that it will not be met - I keep contacting them after the promised date… (I hope it will not be after me no cancellation fee required).

Pergolu nejsou schopni dodat v termín, ani v posunutý termín a ještě se vymlouvají na jiné věci, místo toto aby uznali, že nemají zásilku připravenou.
O vracení peněz nechtějí ani slyšet a vymýšlí si nové důvody.
Nedoporučuji tuto firmu nikomu

They are not able to deliver Pergola on time or on a postponed date and they still make excuses for other things, instead of acknowledging that they do not have a shipment ready.
They don't even want to hear about the refund and come up with new reasons.
I do not recommend this company to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Široký výběr dřevěných altánů i dalších stavebnic. Vybere si opravdu každý a za ceny, které jsou v ČR opravdu bezkonkurenční. Zakoupili jsme dva altány: jeden osmi-hranný na posezení na chalupě, druhý 550 cmx550 cm jako venkovní přístřeší pro auta. Jsme spokojeni s jednáním i nákupem.
Wide selection of wooden gazebos and other kits. He chooses really everyone and for prices that are really unbeatable in the Czech Republic. We bought two gazebos: one octagonal for sitting in a cottage, the other 550 cmx550 cm as an outdoor car shelter. We are satisfied with the negotiations and the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pergolu jsem tady objednal protože jsem čekal lepší kvalitu než v hobby marketu. Bohužel očekávání se nenaplnilo. Nejsou skoro vůbec použity tesařské spoje, skoro vše na vruty (nebylo předvrtané), plánek tragický. Jinak prvky jsou hodně ošizený, např. kleštiny jsem si raději doplnil. Ale co považuji za největší problém je záklop z desek tl.16mm. Nejen, že se po tom nedá chodit a s tak malými hřebíky se špatně děla, tak hlavní problém je osazení klempířských prvků a krytiny, kdy vážně hrozí, že to nebude dobře držet ( krátké hřebíky), chtěl jsem použit lepší hřebíky ale v tomto rozměru je ani nedělají. Schválně jsem se šel podívat do hobby marketu a závěr je, že na výšince asi používají lepší dřevo (i když desky byly dost sukovité), ale konstrukčně bych řekl, že to maji v márketech lepší (tesařské spoje).

Carpentry joints are almost never used, almost everything on wood screws (not pre-drilled), plan is tragic. Otherwise, the elements are much ripped off, for example, I added the collets. But what I consider to be the biggest problem is the deck made of 16mm plates. Not only is it not possible to walk with it and with such small nails is badly done, so the main problem is the installation of plumbing elements and roofing, when there is a serious risk that it will not stick well (short nails), I wanted to use better nails but in this dimension is neither do they. I went to the hobby market on purpose and the conclusion is that they probably use better wood on the heights (although the boards were pretty knotty), but structurally I would say that they have better (carpentry joints) in marques.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oceňujeme hlavně rychlé dodání altánu, protože jsme se toho trochu v této době karantény obávali. Proto pro nás bylo milým překvapením, jak to má tahle firma zvládnuté. Předání proběhlo bezkontaktně, doručení v dohodnutém termínu, takže za nás velká spokojenost a děkujeme.
